This location is an absolute joke. One of the employees assured me that they could take the rental back at no additional charge. They never checked the truck in the park Forest location was never made aware they had the equipment. A day after they billed me for additional charges. When I called over there I was told it was a mistake and that I will receive a refund and someone named Josh would be in touch. After calling back twice more in several hours and being told the refund was on the way the location stopped answering the phone and texted me Josh's number. When I called him he had no idea who I was or why I was calling. He then proceeded to tell me it's my problem and I asked why an employee would assure there were no additional charges when they don't have the authority. He said it was not his problem and hung up on me. Branch phone is 8156624568 and Josh is 8709304640. Now neither will answer my call and I was beyond professional with them considering the situation. Rest assured I will never be using Uhaul for anything if this is not resolved and charges removed.

Louis LWent inside for my cash deposit refund like prompted. Talked to Uhaul area manager and he said they don’t do cash refunds and only send checks, when both staff at the pick up location and website told me I would get my CASH back
Beau FStart a preventative maintenance program. Right turn/brake light did not work, rachets for the tiedown straps had to be sprayed with lubricant before they would work, center pin had a grease fitting but was completely void of any grease
Stanley ZThe attendant barely spike English. I had to make 3 phone calls to talk to someone about dripping it off. The person that called me back was snotty because was late returning it and I was going to get charged extra. I told him that was fine. Then he became polite. I didn't bother telling him that my rental was an hour late because I just wanted to go home.
TAMMI MI will never use Uhaul again. You kept making changes, the key box would not open when I finally got someone to help me after I was on the phone for over an hour.
Ronnie PThis location is a gas station. Attendant did not even know they had a Uhaul franchise, so obviously could not answer questions regarding returning the truck; i.e. location in lot to leave the truck, location of key return box, etc. All while being very arrogant.
JAMES MTransport was not only old but had weeds wrapped around the y to tires and chains rusted with mud. The worst site for uhaul
