Went inside for my cash deposit refund like prompted. Talked to Uhaul area manager and he said they don't do cash refunds and only send checks, when both staff at the pick up location and website told me I would get my CASH back
Beau F.Start a preventative maintenance program. Right turn/brake light did not work, rachets for the tiedown straps had to be sprayed with lubricant before they would work, center pin had a grease fitting but was completely void of any grease
Stanley Z.The attendant barely spike English. I had to make 3 phone calls to talk to someone about dripping it off. The person that called me back was snotty because was late returning it and I was going to get charged extra. I told him that was fine. Then he became polite. I didn't bother telling him that my rental was an hour late because I just wanted to go home.
