There was some sand left in the van from the last person. The gas was also not full. Besides that, I had a great experience.

Stephen MWhen I opened the lockbox for my mobile U-Haul pickup, the key was not in the lock box. The place was keeping it behind the counter. the cashier wouldn’t give it to me, asking for proof I was renting (I was using the app and had the lockbox code already). The U-Haul manager was not at the place so the cashier had to call a guy who called another guy. The U-Haul manager showed up 25 minutes after the start of my rental and handed me the key. It was a big confusing waste of time that did not make any sense.

JOHN APlease make sure to get in contact with customer before switching pickup locations. I might have received a call but I did not pick up and no voicemail was left re: the change in location which was significantly further away.
LAURAANTONIA GThe location was fine. The site was totally buggy andi the CSR hold time interminable. If the station rep had not returned to facilitate the rental it would not have happened. After being switched from one pickup location to another 5 miles away it then took 85 minutes to secure the vehicle. Next time I will surely try another.
DAVIDM FThis rental was great HOWEVER! My original rental was supposed to be picked up Saturday night and that experience was horrible ! I had to cancel my reservation because I was unable to pick up because there was no pick up button on my phone and I called to get help and was on hold OVER AN HOUR! Very disappointed in that process. I’m waiting on my $50 credit because that was unprofessional

john kTHE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE ARE INCOMPANTANT. THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING, THEY ARE ALWAYS CONFUSED, DONT KNOW HOW TO USE THE COMPUTER OR CHECK PEOPLE IN. IN ADDITION THEY ARE RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE. THEY SHOULD NOT BE PART OF THE UHAUL TEAM

Mark YU-Haul has changed my pickup location to 25 miles away because of the lack of availability of the vehicle I rented. This upset our schedule and added a great deal of stress. The location was busy with traffic. Not easy to get to because the traffic never lets up. Bad experience

Willia LEquipment I ordered wasn’t at this location I had to drive 25 miles to pick up the appliance dolly I ordered and pay for the gas used on the truck to get it Gas Hampton didn’t know how to close my contract out once returned and I was over charged for the truck rental no explanation
April JWas on a Sunday so the U-Haul personnel was not there. Gas Station Attendant very helpful.
