When I opened the lockbox for my mobile U-Haul pickup, the key was not in the lock box. The place was keeping it behind the counter. the cashier wouldn't give it to me, asking for proof I was renting (I was using the app and had the lockbox code already). The U-Haul manager was not at the place so the cashier had to call a guy who called another guy. The U-Haul manager showed up 25 minutes after the start of my rental and handed me the key. It was a big confusing waste of time that did not make any sense.
