My only issue had nothing to do with this location or the equipment, I reserved a truck at a different location and the email from U-Haul also showed my reservation at another location and when I went there the app told me I was in the wrong place, the customer service I received from the phone number was great, and I got sent to this location, I’m just not sure how or why I wasn’t informed of the proper location prior to me going there. The change of location added 30+ miles to my rental and would have been a consideration in my decision to rent the truck. Again overall the location where I did get the truck was great, the truck was extremely clean, and the two phone calls to customer service couldn’t have been better.
