Drop off location was changed after order confirmation, caused some backtracking. Could not say about the staff, location was closed at the time of dropoff
Dennis BMy only issue had nothing to do with this location or the equipment, I reserved a truck at a different location and the email from U-Haul also showed my reservation at another location and when I went there the app told me I was in the wrong place, the customer service I received from the phone number was great, and I got sent to this location, I’m just not sure how or why I wasn’t informed of the proper location prior to me going there. The change of location added 30+ miles to my rental and would have been a consideration in my decision to rent the truck. Again overall the location where I did get the truck was great, the truck was extremely clean, and the two phone calls to customer service couldn’t have been better.
