Great idea to have a couple vans at this convenient location
charles hThis location is a gas station, not a u-haul store. Terribly slow check-in process because the app did not work. Employees of the gas station were polite and did the best they could but there’s no u-haul rep on-site. There were two cargo vans to choose from but they were both filthy and not in good mechanical condition. The gas station attendant was able to get the u-haul owner on the phone and he assured me there would be substantial credits for my inconvenience, but it was a nominal credit considering we had to get all the tires aired up and was 45 minutes late getting on the road. I will never use this location again!
michaelann BIt would be better if they had a tablet or laptop to view the rental completion process. I was told I needed to bring the van back with the gas tank on full. I didn't bother to look until it was time to refuel to turn it back in. It cost over $21 to fill the tank when I only drove 32 miles. I probably spent an additional $15 in gas that I didn't need to spend. So apparently the previous rental turned it in below full or it was taken out to do something and not adjusted for the usage.
MARC WReserved van and equipment online. Site was a gas station, not a Uhaul facility. Moving equipment was not option at this site but still was charged for equipment. Gas station attendant tried to correct. Took too long to get invoice correct. Had to wait for gas station customers first before being attended to. Best to go to Uhaul site.
Yvette SI had major problems with the mobile app and the woman inside the store was soooo helpful and walked me thru the whole process picking up and dropping off the van!

matthew bOnline check in did not work. Took a long time but still better than U-Haul location in Grapevine. Ended up charging me much more than I expected. Will look for another location next time.

Katelyn FI would not recommend UHaul and their process to anyone. It was the worst experience! It took 1 hour 20 minutes to pick up the van and 39 minutes to return it!
Jeannie DI was not aware I needed a second form of ID (passport) or some other way to validate my ID. While I overcame that it would have been better to remind me through a text message or something like an hour before my rental started.
Ryan NCheck in / check out is too complicated.
