I had to drive an extra 40 miles to get this try truck.

The store is a motel front counter. The employee there did not speak much English and had to put me on her cell phone with a male that spoke more clearly. He was constantly distracted and asked few questions. I told him about the tire, but that was by my doing. I was unable to tell him that the trailer leaked and my mattress was ruined as he never asked. The process was uncomfortable and I felt the combo of my pickup, travel, and drop off was my worst UHaul experience to date, and I move almost yearly.

I had trouble with getting my deposit back after I returned the equipment on time.. Everyone should be informed that if they use the direct express card from the government no funds can be reimbursed back to that card... The uhaul establishment has to pay you back with cash..

The manager at gateway inn was very nice and very helpful. I definitely highly recommend you to chose this place for your good u-haul.

Learn the system. I ordered a truck for 3 days and 150 miles and they said it was only for one day and 37 miles and tried to charge me for extra miles. Will never drop or pickup there again

The truck wouldn't start. They weren't prepared to get it fixed. Finally got it jumped and started. The check oil light came on when we were returning it. Overall not the best experience we have had with uhaul as we have used several times and have never been disappointed before. We were able to get the move done but it was not the best situation.

The drop off was at a motel. No representative was present for uhaul however the worker that ran the motel was helpful.

The tow dolly ramps had been dragged a long way and they were worn sharp. My husband cut his hand on one as it was so sharp. Even part of the handle on the ramp was gone. Family illness made rental process very slow even though I pre registered online and they would not let me have a car hauler even though one was available. The tow dollies are much harder on me physically so I prefer the trailers and use them all of the time usually. I will not go back although the physical location would be convenient. A district manager needs to look at that tow dolly. Someone will sue Uhaul over it
