James MFirst of all, I was on a limited time, I set the pick up time for 7 AM. I arrived at 7:06 and nobody was around the key box didn’t have the key to my truck. I called the office number and finally somebody call me back around 8:45. I finally got the truck at approximately 9:30 2 1/2 hours.past my scheduled time. Truck was supposed to have half tank of fuel, it had under half a tank. I would not recommend this place.
