I have used U-Haul many times in my life for many moves, long distance & local. When I showed up at my regular dealer they did not have my 20' truck that I had reserved 2 weeks prior. I was told I was reassigned to an other dealer. Engine blew, it happens. Panic set in: people are waiting for me and extra labor was hired. I called the new location which was not that far from the original. I spoke to a gentleman named Curley and he reassured me he had my 20' truck. He made the whole process painless. Upon arrival Curley processed my Rental and I was off. I found Curley to be highly efficient, professional and friendly! Keep up the good work.
