Perry Lno test of signal lights by Uhaul rep. The interior had some minor conduit covers missing on the trailer. The Uhaul app didn't work when returning the trailer (after hours) but Uhaul customer support was helpful after the app failure.

Shemar nWith the practice of renting out of locations that the primary business is other than renting trucks, you are not the first order of business. So you will typically wait in line. As long as you are prepared for that and show up early, you will be fine. In this case, they had to call in the assistant manager to help out as they were busy with oil changes. But I had come in a half an hour early, so I was fine.
Paul BI had a fantastic experience. Leo helped me with the trailer rental. He made sure everything was safe and that I was comfortable with the connection, chains and the hitch etc. Knowledgeable and friendly. Good Job! When I dropped off the trailer, I told them that I am not good at backing up. Another friendly guy came out and said no problem and he backed it up for me, and was really polite and helpful. Not sure of his name, but I know he drove a Porsche. Good taste in cars, apparently! Thank you, and I'll definitely be back!

Christopher AThe staff was extremely polite and helpful. Leo explained everything thoroughly and helped me hitch the trailer up. The whole pick up process took about 5-10 minutes. As soon as I pulled in to return the trailer, a representative came right over and unhitched the trailer.

DILSHAD MThe service at this location was good and efficient. Paperwork and hookup to the trailer was very quick. The trailer performed well. My only comment was the trailer, although not really dirty, was not clean. I often find this with UHaul. It would make things much better if the trailers and truck were thoroughly swept out or blown out with a leaf blower.
Kevin CBack saver mechanism on the front of the trailer and proper wheel chocks to preventing trailer roll. I had to use some rocks for the tires.
Anthony SI made reservation to pick up the truck in Waterloo. But the last day I was told that my pick up place was 30 kilometres away from me. I don’t think that was fair. I also reserved 20 foot They gave me 26..different driving experience and cost. That was disadvantage.
jim aEnsure that changes previously made to a contract are visible on-line and to the pick-up location so that customers don't have to follow-up regarding billing errors.

zbigniew KIts confusing first time and really hard to learn each and everything, maybe it takes time.
iqbal SUHaul representatives told me (and moved me to this location) that the vehicle would be available at 7am, and that a lock code would be sent to me to make the key available...this was in fact not the case, and I was required to wait until the facility opened at 9am. Luckily an employee showed up early that day and was able to get me going, albeit a little late.

Dean SThis was NOT the location that I requested. The text that I received did not indicate a change in place in the subject line and I went to the location that I initially requested. They were HORRIBLE and have a bad reputation in the community (Charles Street). They then indicated that the alternative location was "just across the street" when it was 13 km away! The location for pickup was also further from my home and awkward to get to. My experience was terrible. The location that I was directed to was FAR FRIENDLIER but they could not get their phones to upload our photos and they did not have the packing blankets that I requested.
Jon KLights out on trailer, upon return of traoler, they were too busy to check me in. Took over a day to finalize and therefore got charged for an additional day.
