I made reservation to pick up the truck in Waterloo. But the last day I was told that my pick up place was 30 kilometres away from me. I don't think that was fair. I also reserved 20 foot They gave me 26..different driving experience and cost. That was disadvantage.

zbigniew K.Its confusing first time and really hard to learn each and everything, maybe it takes time.
iqbal S.UHaul representatives told me (and moved me to this location) that the vehicle would be available at 7am, and that a lock code would be sent to me to make the key available...this was in fact not the case, and I was required to wait until the facility opened at 9am. Luckily an employee showed up early that day and was able to get me going, albeit a little late.
