It was very helpful that someone came and helped me back the trailer into the parking spot and lift the trailer off the hitch. As the trailer was a large double axel, 6 x 12.

The main problem I had and the staff at this location had was the fact that the Uhaul website was unavailable at the time. This caused a 30 minute delay for me and the staff. Causing frustration on both sides. The Uhaul website and app has been very flaky in my past usual. Please improve your technology and it will make things easier for everyone. The only other unpleasant thing was the fact that this location does oil changes and the air is thick with oil fumes when you enter the door.

Fix your website and app, they are terribly slow and have bugs. When I originally booked my trailer rental it gave me a location closer to my home for pickup (Diva Petroleum) and said the equipment was available. Then without my knowing, the location was changed to Fairway which is much further away and very inconvenient. In the end the app did not let me change the pickup location to Gateway oil change, instead I had to cancel and re-book! Also, the app did not let me change the size of trailer, again I had to cancel and rebook. Then I just needed to add one more day to my booking - nope can’t do it, had to cancel and rebook! Very frustrating

no test of signal lights by Uhaul rep. The interior had some minor conduit covers missing on the trailer. The Uhaul app didn't work when returning the trailer (after hours) but Uhaul customer support was helpful after the app failure.

The trailer had two defects that had to be worked around: 1. The drop down fender was missing the rear bolt, 2. The rear tie-down chain was broken.

With the practice of renting out of locations that the primary business is other than renting trucks, you are not the first order of business. So you will typically wait in line. As long as you are prepared for that and show up early, you will be fine. In this case, they had to call in the assistant manager to help out as they were busy with oil changes. But I had come in a half an hour early, so I was fine.

I had a fantastic experience. Leo helped me with the trailer rental. He made sure everything was safe and that I was comfortable with the connection, chains and the hitch etc. Knowledgeable and friendly. Good Job! When I dropped off the trailer, I told them that I am not good at backing up. Another friendly guy came out and said no problem and he backed it up for me, and was really polite and helpful. Not sure of his name, but I know he drove a Porsche. Good taste in cars, apparently! Thank you, and I'll definitely be back!

The staff was extremely polite and helpful. Leo explained everything thoroughly and helped me hitch the trailer up. The whole pick up process took about 5-10 minutes. As soon as I pulled in to return the trailer, a representative came right over and unhitched the trailer.

The service at this location was good and efficient. Paperwork and hookup to the trailer was very quick. The trailer performed well. My only comment was the trailer, although not really dirty, was not clean. I often find this with UHaul. It would make things much better if the trailers and truck were thoroughly swept out or blown out with a leaf blower.

Back saver mechanism on the front of the trailer and proper wheel chocks to preventing trailer roll. I had to use some rocks for the tires.

I made reservation to pick up the truck in Waterloo. But the last day I was told that my pick up place was 30 kilometres away from me. I don’t think that was fair. I also reserved 20 foot They gave me 26..different driving experience and cost. That was disadvantage.

UHaul representatives told me (and moved me to this location) that the vehicle would be available at 7am, and that a lock code would be sent to me to make the key available...this was in fact not the case, and I was required to wait until the facility opened at 9am. Luckily an employee showed up early that day and was able to get me going, albeit a little late.
