Very friendly and helpful left the u haul with 1/2 tank of gas not 1/4 It in great shape and condition fold pads sweep the u haul out But do not under stand why I had to deliver it to there when I live in Foam Lake but what ever it done

Certainly! Here’s a polished review for the drop-off location: --- The drop-off location left much to be desired. There was not enough space to properly park the truck, and the area was poorly maintained and unclean. There were no clearly marked or paved parking spots, which made the return process confusing and inconvenient. Adding to the frustration, the area was dimly lit at night, creating safety concerns. Most importantly, the location did **not** have a key drop box, which is a basic expectation for after-hours returns. This lack of essential facilities made the drop-off experience stressful and unprofessional.

Arrived at Gateway in Canora, the lady working inside couldn't help in any way and just held up a sign that said "Please come back during regular U-Haul hours." However, this site was for a 24-hour drop off. After talking to someone,e we made it so I could self-verify the drop however,r they had no key box to drop the key in. So again, another phone call and more wasted time.

1. I spent the time completing the online check in through the uhaul app. When i arrived at location - the clerk said i had to provide the information to her. This resulted in a half hour delay. 2. The trailer that was assigned to me was parked behind another trailer - making it inaccessible. When i asked how I was looking up - I was told to hook up the trailer in front, move it and then I can have the one assigned to me. Another 30 minute delay. 3. The trailer assigned to me was frozen in a snowbank. The hitch hookup was covered in snow and ice i had to chip away with no tools. I might add it was -50 outside with no offer of assistance. 4. When i had issues with the trailer - and called roadside assistance through uhaul - i was told it would be a 180 minute wait for assistance. Again, -50 on the side of the highway with limited fuel. 5. All of these delays not only cost me money for additional storage locker ($100), but $100 to pay for assistance on the side of the road. I will never recommend uhaul from this location. Not only was this very bad service, the roadside assistance cpuldve put our lives in jeopardy. Thankfully i had the resources to get help; others may not be so lucky. This cost me ALOT of money because I only had that day to move my belongings. I trusted uhaul. Never again.

The people running the place where we picked up the U-Haul trailer had no idea what to do and had there kids crying and running around not very professional

I will never move with uhaul again, what an absolute joke, I booked uhaul for pick up in a city and was told the truck was not available there! I had to drive 2 hours to get my truck and another 2 hours back to start loading it!!! So disappointed, horrible experience will definitely not recommend!!!

The person handling this U-Haul transaction was nice & tried very hard to complete it, however I needed to contact U-Haul as there was a problem with the final bill. After calling & trying to sort things out by phone, I was unable to get an explanation of what needed to be done to be properly billed to complete the transaction, so the man at Gateway Service Station contacted U-Haul on my behalf, got it sorted out & printed me a receipt. All in all, this U-Haul experience, both when picking up the truck & when returning it, as well as the moving services I had ordered, was far from adequate.

Kinda shitty that I had to drive 2 hours out of my way because you guys couldn’t get a Truck ready that I booked 2-3 weeks in advance. Some twisted crooked bastards for charging more. I cleaned that piece of shit truck out and still get charged way more than what I was told. Fuck you and your company

Custom service was a bit lacking at pick up, no receipt but good service from staff to attach trailer and checking lights etc. Ball hitch was a bit loose creating road noise

The electronic transaction was painfully slow. The u-haul data server was slow to upload information. What used to take 10 minutes to enter took 30 min. It was no fault of the operator, he could only upload the info as fast as it would let him.

I was over charged 300 for a local 3 hour rental and was never reimbursed. I was even charged for gas and I brought back the truck with more gas than I received it. Not happy. No one helped!!!!

I had to drive to Hudson Bay to pickup the trailer. When I got there they told the trailer was actually in Canora. I was never told this the day prior when I was rerouted to Hudson Bay from Saskatoon. I drove there and got the trailer without too much trouble. It cost $62 in fuel and 330 extra kms. I am out that time and money.
