1. I spent the time completing the online check in through the uhaul app. When i arrived at location - the clerk said i had to provide the information to her. This resulted in a half hour delay. 2. The trailer that was assigned to me was parked behind another trailer - making it inaccessible. When i asked how I was looking up - I was told to hook up the trailer in front, move it and then I can have the one assigned to me. Another 30 minute delay. 3. The trailer assigned to me was frozen in a snowbank. The hitch hookup was covered in snow and ice i had to chip away with no tools. I might add it was -50 outside with no offer of assistance. 4. When i had issues with the trailer - and called roadside assistance through uhaul - i was told it would be a 180 minute wait for assistance. Again, -50 on the side of the highway with limited fuel. 5. All of these delays not only cost me money for additional storage locker ($100), but $100 to pay for assistance on the side of the road. I will never recommend uhaul from this location. Not only was this very bad service, the roadside assistance cpuldve put our lives in jeopardy. Thankfully i had the resources to get help; others may not be so lucky. This cost me ALOT of money because I only had that day to move my belongings. I trusted uhaul. Never again.

The people running the place where we picked up the U-Haul trailer had no idea what to do and had there kids crying and running around not very professional
Marcia SI will never move with uhaul again, what an absolute joke, I booked uhaul for pick up in a city and was told the truck was not available there! I had to drive 2 hours to get my truck and another 2 hours back to start loading it!!! So disappointed, horrible experience will definitely not recommend!!!
Randy FThe person handling this U-Haul transaction was nice & tried very hard to complete it, however I needed to contact U-Haul as there was a problem with the final bill. After calling & trying to sort things out by phone, I was unable to get an explanation of what needed to be done to be properly billed to complete the transaction, so the man at Gateway Service Station contacted U-Haul on my behalf, got it sorted out & printed me a receipt. All in all, this U-Haul experience, both when picking up the truck & when returning it, as well as the moving services I had ordered, was far from adequate.
