The process and competence at the location to use the technology is very problematic, it takes too long and they always have to ask for help.
Joel LThe comment is not about the location off the dropoff. The app we had to use was buggy, so when we followed the steps, some pages didnt want to open. So we almost put the keys in the box too early. After, to submit, the page was loading for 30 min, so we had to wait. We never recieved a confirmation that everything was recieved by uhaul. We left and didnt knew if we would have problems with the closing of our rental This is not to mention the crap service we recieved before the rental. We called 5 times to know why you guys changed the hour of our rental. No one could give us the info to learn that the truck was there at the original hour. We changed our plans and it was not nexessary, and were on the phone for 2-3 hours and never had an answer. Please give me a call back on this review, I want to talk with a representative
Marianne BWhen it says self serve, it should be ready. I had to call uhaul and it took 39 min to get the line and then i was transferred to the sheduling team (took 45 min to speak to a specialist). They were able to resolve the issue. The experience was poor from the beginning to the end as we also had issues returning the truck as your application was not working well. It took 35 min to be able to return the truck and when we did, we did not get a confirmation that it was completed. Tried calling 2 times and the line cut after 35 min on hold both times. Was able to reach someone by chat. This was truly a very stressful experience on a day that was already stressful.
Anick MHi, the truck floor inside the cabin, and the middle seat were dirty upon our arrival. The appliance dolly that we required AND PAID FOR wasn’t in the truck. We had to move our stuff ourselves and injuries could have happened.
Olivier HJe n'ai jamais réussi à me connecter à l'application. Jai voulu faire le retour d'équipement dans mon compte sur internet et ça ne fonctionnait pas non plus. J'ai dû appeler, on m'a transféré 3 fois pour pouvoir parler à quelqu'un en français et cette personne n'était pas très agréable.

Francis GBonjour à vous, Nous avons perdu 1 heure de notre temps avec votre système lourd... (en plus de la plate-forme qui passe du français à l'anglais) Chat pour aide inadéquat... Pas reçu le code pour débarrer la boîte afin d'avoir les clefs et faire un bon suivi pour niveau d'essence et kilométrage. (Merci pour service client téléphonique, bon service en français mais attente trop longue). La prochaine fois s'il y en a une, nous irons avec service en personne. Le système libre service nous laisse toujours dans le doute...
Eric LJ’ai demandé de l’équipement (couverture et charriot pour électroménager) avec ma location et le camion était vide le jour de ma prise de possession. J’en avais réellement besoin et cette situation m’a causé énormément de problèmes. Je ne recommanderai pas vos services.

Jean RThe application was not working, did the pickup with a browser instead, then the credit card wasn't working, the fix was changing the miles then going back... Then the wasn't working for the return, used the browser instead. Then at the end, it was stuck in a verification loop. Then reloaded to find out my location wasn't on my account and not even in my past location. I just left the keys in the key box and left...

Sebastien DI reserved 2 trucks for the 18 of february morning at Boisbriand location. A lady called me on thursday 16 to say there was only one 20 feet truck available and offering a 15 feet truck instead. Not an option. She called back with getting a truck at Terrebonne and said the Terrebonne location was closed at 5 pm on friday for the week-end. Then she agreed to include a second day of rental without charges and extra milage to cover for the it. Well, guess what happened when we returned the trucks at the designated location, yes, I had to pay an extra +75$. That hurts. If you can fix that extra 75$, I would appreciate. Thanks

Jean pThis was not the location I was meant to pick my truck up from. I was referred to this location after the location I had initially selected failed to prepare the 15’ box truck I had reserved. I drove 40km out of the city and away from the initial U-Haul location I had selected because of this. Your customer service staff was excellent in helping to resolve my problem. I nonetheless wasted hours driving in the car and far too much money that I had to spend based on the added kilometres and gas necessary by U-Hauls initial mistake. I fail to understand how a truck reserved 4 days in advance and paid for simply wasn’t prepared for pickup. What a disappointment. I’ll never use nor recommend this service again. Total waste of time and money. Unbelievably disappointed. I have no complaints to be made about the U-Haul location at 1341 Des Anglais, however the U-Haul location at 8101 Montreal-Toronto Blvd failed to provide any service whatsoever.

alain lmais nous avons ete a cet établissement car le lieu de ma reservation initiale aucun camion etait disponible de uhaul.. grosse deception pour service et en plus sur ma facture il y a des erreur que je tente de regler avec uhaul en gros la succursale gelinas nous a aidez du qu'elle pouvait mais pour uhaul en general tres decu

Simon MThe truck wasn't clean. I wouldn't normally mention it, but since I had issues with the gas, I think it's worth mentioning it was dirty (left over tim horton bag, wood dust, etc.) The real issue is that I filled the gas where it was and the person in charged said it wasn't. I took pictures before and after to show him and he still refused saying it was a hair lower than when I took it. I'm happy to provide pictures. Really didn't like how he handled it, from his tone to his carelessness.

Kévin HI was suppose to take truck in Montreal. On thursday, someone told me there no truck for me in Montreal. There is one in Terrebonne, which is 20 miles north of Montreal. I hope it was the last time I rent a Uhaul truck.

Dany FThe only problem was that the truck was covered in snow and I had to remove it with a lot of difficulties, not having proper tools to do it. In the instructions, it indicated that the equipment number was on the front of the truck, but it was in the back, so I spent a lot of time looking for it. The rest was fine.
