I wouldn't change anything! However, when my stepfather went into Manomet UHAUL someone mentioned that he couldn't get his money back. Why I don't know. This is probably my last move so I wouldn't have any need to recommend anyone.

Donna PClean the truck between uses so there isn’t sand in the cab and pine needles and sand in the back. Also, have trucks assigned to people who want mobile pickup so they don’t have to go inside.
JOSHUA KI had a uhaul gift certificate. The secretary at gellars struggled applying it to my account. Turned into a big deal where she had to call uhaul a few times to figure it out.

David DIt's a pain to take pictures at the end of the rental. I had to take at least 5 to 6 pictures each time before it was "accepted".

ANDREW PGellars was OUTSTANDING! Friendly professionally cleaned and phenomenally maintained! If it wasn't for them my move wouldn't have happened so smoothly. The Uhaul app and website was next to USELESS, but Gellars and the location I returned my vehicle to phenomenal! Uhaul take a page from your better run small business customers because without either of them I wouldn't have been able to do the impossible.
anne CTruck had sand and dirt on the floor, was old, and had old spaghetti, sauce, and a fork on the dashboard. Staff wasn’t overly friendly and tried to convince me to pay for the Safe Move when I repeatedly said I didn’t want the coverage.

KENNETH KI had some issues with the app. The keyboard did not work, I had to type into notes and then copy/paste into the app. Other than that, easy process.
Ken MOverall it was easy but the truck wasn’t easy to get out. It was boxed in so I had to go back and forth several times to be able to get the truck out. It was facing the street but I did t want to go off the curb that was a little high because I didn’t want to take the chance of popping a tire or doing damage to the truck. The back floor was dirty with grass and dirt but I swept it out. The gas cap was open when I picked up the truck. Drop off was easy too. I would still recommend this place.

Jeffrey WU-Haul truck was not clean. Cup holders had trash in them and very sticky. Other than that everything else was fine.
Taylor SIt would be nice if I could ask customer service to tell me where a specific vehicle might be available. I was looking for a 17' truck and all I was told was that there were NO VEHICLES in my area. Why not let me decide. It was very difficult to determine who had what without looking at everyone's site.

Jayce TMy feedback has absolutely nothing to do with the location I rented my UHaul van. My comments are directed 100% at the absurd process I had to go through to access the key. I was told I had to log onto the UHaul app to access the code which would unlock the lockbox. That was not the case. I called your service number and was forwarded twice because the initial service rep couldn’t help me. I was hung up on twice by representatives who didn’t want to deal with my issue the day before Xmas. I was on multiple phone calls to find that I had to go to another website (not the UHaul app) and fill out all this crazy information (employer information, license, passport number - oh ya, I just happened to have my passport on me 🤪). It finally figured it out with a phone representative who didn’t hang up on me, a terrible experience that will have me pause before using your service again.

This location doesn't have any where to tall to a person so I had to work with the customer service over the phone. They were horrible. Only after 45 min of calling that I was able to talk to someone who started the process and I was able to get going.

Peter MDidn’t have the dolly , padding or dolly for furniture. Plus was very mean about time to pick up and drop off I filled it back up but she still charged me for gas and equipment that I didn’t have the use of.
Julie PThe advertised price and the final price was very misleading and falsely advertised- the mileage rate was quoted as 1.19 per mile but the actual rate charged was 1.39 making a very big difference in the price. I’ve rented u-hauls in the past and I’ve never experienced this problem. The quoted price was $39.26 and what they actually charged me was $226 ! BEWARE
Molly PI used the uhaul app. The app should have more clarity how the mobile app is used. I had an appointment at 8 am to pick up and missed the window so I had to call customer service. I wished I would have known that there was a window. Customer service was excellent in providing information. The first call I had to wait 15 min or more, though.
Dylan Lthe advertising is a bit misleading - the truck has $19.95 on the side, but it was $125 for the day - not sure how you reconcile that.
Sheila Ano fault of Geller's. U-Haul allowed me to book a 24/7 pick up but the location isn't set up for that. This is a huge flaw on U-Haul's part. As a result I did not have access to the vehicle I booked. The station is closed Sundays, but U-Haul allowed me to book a pick up for that day.

vic hVery confusing process to self-serve
ELIZABETH MI just wanted to say that I explained to the dealer that it was late being dropped off because my daughter hurt herself while we were moving. No it had nothing to do with the truck, I was in the ER with her and no one else could drive the truck but me. We finally got out of the hospital around 7:30 and I returned the truck by 8:00. Was wondering if I could please get a little bit of a refund for it being late considering it was an emergency. Other than that everything was great
April BBefore finding the zGeller UHaul, I spent 90 minutes on the phone with a UHaul idiot who couldn’t get the system to finally give me the damn key. A NIGHTMARE, standing in the freezing wind, inputting all my data 6 times without success. No office, no human to do the job. And no other place in three surrounding towns except for on line renting—horrible!! Finally found Geller, where there is a PERSON, drove 10 miles, got the van, and did the job. WILL NEVER USE UHAUL AGAIN!!!!!!!!
CAROLE BNo improvement needed at this location. Let them know what and when you need a particular vehicle and it will be waiting for you. They make renting a vehicle so easy!!! A pleasure to do business with the Gellars and Barbara!!

Kathy HI ordered moving blankets with the rep I spoke with over the phone but they weren’t there when I picked up the truck. As a result, there was furniture that got damaged in the trip. Very unhappy about it.
