The woman was rude! Kept stating that today was a terrible day and that she was having a day and made us feel bad. Even asked if I was expecting (I'm not) which who does that?!

We did not interact with personnel. We used mobile drop off, took photos and documented details - then dropped the keys in the Box. We did call U-Haul's cust svc number to make sure that everything was okay before we left and the agent was very helpful.

Steven RI needed a trailer last minute to pick up some furniture and the reservation was quick, efficient, and hassle free. Two of the mechanics hooked up the trailer while I was taking care of the paperwork. Return was just as simple. In spite of being a busy service station, they got me in and out within 15 minutes. I highly recommend Gellar's for your truck and trailer rental needs.
