The drop-off location again was fine. No problems at the drop-off location. Other than it was quite funny to me that I was charged $1.10 for an extra mile when I dropped the truck off a day early because I didn’t rent the U-Haul for two days however they charged me for two days And on top of that I had added extra gas into the U-Haul from what it was when I actually got it. Also interesting and funny to me how they don’t give you a place to critique the U-Haul place that you rent it from not the location and drop off place with the actual people you rented it from they give you no place to leave a review for where are you rented it from so even though the review I’m giving is a great review when you look at was the place clean? Yes, what is the drop off location great yes what is the pick up location great yes OK yeah you got a great review because you’re asking me the wrong questions
sheryl sSteven did a great job taking care of me. U haul called to tell me that my tow dolly would not be available at this location on pick up day, and I could pick that up at a Kingwood location. Mr Steven made sure to have a car carrier available for me at his location, so I wouldn't have to travel out of my way for it. Outstanding customer service!

CALVIN BPassenger side mirror kept moving luckily I have a passenger who had to keep repositioning mirror thru out the hold trip very unsafe

TONY AIf we pay for a 24 hour Rental give us the Rental for 24 hours. If we only get the Rental for a few hours only charge for a few hours and not for a 24 hour fee. Other than that Steven was fabulous & so kindhearted! A good business Man.

BRYAN WThe only thing that I didn't like was the push to purchase insurance. My auto policy along with my blanket policy already covers the equipment. There was a "scare" tactic threatening an immediate payment of up to $10,000.00 should anything happen to the equipment. This was particularly offensive since most auto policies cover this kind or rental. You should consider eliminating this part of your rental agreement.

JOSE MThe truck was extremely loud and revved high before kicking into the next gear. During the gear shift it made a sound like a car horn. The first couple of times I thought someone was honking at me before I realized it was the transmission. I took a picture of the fuel gauge at drop off and it looked like half a tank to me but I was still charged for 3 gallons of fuel.

AUNTREEK RSteven was incredibly helpful. He took the time to make sure that everything was loaded correctly and the service didn’t end there, he took two FaceTime calls from us once we were on the road when we thought something might be wrong. Great customer service!

NORMAN FThe manager was very helpful and accommodating. He helped us every step of the way and offered advice. There were some things that we didn't need after speaking with him and then some things he offered which proved very helpful. His friendly demeanor through the entire process was refreshing. He covered the contract in a friendly way. He also helped us examine the truck and the trailer for towing the car. He made sure we understood everything properly.

A'Karia FYou should be clear about where the key should be found when picking up after hours. This was an alternative pickup location because the original location had the wrong key for the truck. The yard smelled horrible with dog feces all over. I’ll NEVER go back to that location in kingwood again.
