Akayla GI was not told to expect the checkout link sent to my cell phone for pictures of the truck and dash. this was a new process from the last time I rented a truck. one of the agents asked me to look for the link when I was getting ready to leave. He offered to help me with the link which I allowed but was uncomfortable with him using my cell.
