Have all rental equipment in the truck at the time of pickup. We had to go inside to get the furniture pads and they didn’t even have enough for what we ordered.

I specifically reserved the truck for pick up at a U-Haul facility because I wanted things to go smoothly. I was contacted by phone a few days before pick up and pressured to agree to pick up at the Genesse location. I finally agreed. When I got there the owner acted like he didn't know what I was talking about when I said I was there to pick up my truck-despite having several trucks on sight. He finally contacted U-Haul by phone and ot took 45 minutes to get the transaction completed. Thus was a terrible customer service experience!
KENDALL WMoving blankets laying all over the bed of the truck, gas tank on empty, and the app continually crashed while trying to pick up and drop off the truck. The location I picked the truck up from has no idea about anything uhaul and was no help. After the app crashed numerous times while taking pictures, it lost the whole drop off process and I never had the chance to properly finish the drop off. I gave the key to the facility, that shouldn’t even be running this service out of their business, since they barely speak English and don’t know anything about the uhaul process. The worst experience I’ve had with uhaul.

Tyler SNeed new locks put on the lockboxes. They are rusted and do not open when entering the combination. Had a lot of troubles with pickup.
Mark CDisaster of a process to get vehicle. A lot of wasted time doing “pre-check ins” and registering. What could have taken 2 minutes with location verifying my identity took over 30 minutes doing to in a location with bad wifi. Clerks provided zero help whatsoever, just said go on the app and figure it out. Never again.

Mark WGenesee Liquor And Tobacco is new to the U-Haul game and didn't even know how to navigate the app to check in the vehicle I rented. He ended up causing me to be charged an additional fee for gas.
