Need new locks put on the lockboxes. They are rusted and do not open when entering the combination. Had a lot of troubles with pickup.

Disaster of a process to get vehicle. A lot of wasted time doing “pre-check ins†and registering. What could have taken 2 minutes with location verifying my identity took over 30 minutes doing to in a location with bad wifi. Clerks provided zero help whatsoever, just said go on the app and figure it out. Never again.
