there was a delay when I was trying to get the truck key. The mentioned it is in the lock box and I had the pass but the the password was not working, I asked the responsible person over there and she was assuming that we have to put the truck key in the the back of truck, which the app specifically asked me to put in the lock box. I think the person over there need to be have a training on the truck key location.

After nearly 4 hours they managed to give me the truck, but with so much difficulty. I will not be using Uhaul again. The personal was rude and not helpful at all!

SAMUEL ADrop off location details need to be provided very clearly to customer. Drop off key box and parking locations need to be informed well advance to customer. I faced a lot of issue to find exact spot to park and also to find the drop off key box.
VENKATA NAbsolutely terrible. I will never use Uhaul again. After seeing tons of locations with extremely negative reviews, I finally found a place that had a positive rating and then, after confirming the booking, I was called and told that I could only get my desired vehicle from one of the poorly rated locations. On the day of the pickup, the truck was missing the dollies and furniture pads that i paid for, and the store itself was closed with no one answering the phone. I had to wait on hold with uhaul for 30 minutes just to speak with someone to tell me "tough luck, we won't charge you for it" and then THEY STILL CHARGED ME FOR IT, even when I clicked "I wish to dispute a charge on this bill" or whatever it was, at the end of the rental. Good thing I didn't end up needing those dollies though! I would have been completely screwed if I actually needed the equipment that I booked. The entire experience was so frustrating that I didn't even bother trying to get my money back because time spent chasing this toxic company is time I could be spending doing anything else more worthwhile. This is the third of three times I've had a negative experience with uhaul and this one was by far the worst. Never again. If you're reading this review, save your time and sanity and use any other company.
