Person at counter didn't inform me well about returning after close other than drop key in slot.. I had to return to location 11 miles away to complete return then to find out was expected to take pictures after I dropped off keys.. uggh.. truck fine, just clunky experience w this locationROBERT B.

The equipment was clean and well maintained. The service provider was average as far as supporting the rental process. She was unaware of a fee would be charged if I cancelled and did not offer to check. She never walked the truck with me and she was unaware and unsure how to check for return discounts.ROBERTA W.

At first I went online and attempted to rent a 15ft truck from Geneva, when that was unavailable I got a call in the morning and we were sent to a different U-Haul provider in the next town over. When we arrived at the place there was no one there and the number left on the door went unanswered and the mailbox was full. After several failed attempts to contact the Ashtabula store to get our truck and keys we tried to contact the Geneva store to see if they had any trucks available. They had a 10ft truck available that ended up being enough room to get my classroom things moved. The workers were kind and helpful in Geneva and got us on the road again. They said the confirmation number from the online rental never reached them and they weren't aware anyone needed a truck until I personally called though. I still never heard back from the other store. Luckily we were only set back about an hour off schedule.Margaret K.

The lady told me I could have it until Sunday at 2 pm but I was getting messages 6 hours later saying that I had to have it back after I gave a deposit of 200$ and then on top of it my mile rate was supposed to be 40cents and I got hit with .99 cent a mile. This is the worst experience through uhual ever and im not paying that. I'm barely working and pregnant with twins and its such bullshitBrittany A.

I returned the trailer and used their app as recommended. I was still charged a $22.00 inspection/ return fee. I am unclear as to what else I was supposed to do on the return. NOT HAPPY!!!Terry F.

I was stuck there waiting for an hour because your system would not take my credit card or anybody's credit card that day and made me very late on picking up items I Needed to get that day for moving And was not offered anything for my inconvenience. Also the ride in that moving land was terrible you could feel every crack and bump in the road and I drive semi truck for a living that is not a smooth ride like you advertise.ANTHONY V.

Horrible. The lady didn't know how to do her job. Needed a picture of my ID and couldnt figure out how to get it from her from to the uhaul website. We had to show her. She didn't how to navigate through for rental of the trailer and it had to be redone by someone else after we had left. The trailer it's had lights out and was filthy. Go to another uhaul center and save yourself the hassle.Kathleen K.
It took nearly an hour to process the truck rental that we reserved due to issues capturing the drivers license photos submitted to the system. This severely delayed our move and cost us some of the people that were only able to help for part of the day. Completely inconvenienced.CHRISTOPHER M.

I wasn't explained anything about drop off destination. I am being charged for wrong drop off destination. This is wrong! I was not told if if changed drop off locations I would be charged extra. The pickup destination was busy an I was basically pushed through. Now I have to wait for the money that was charged to my account for a bunch of poop. Please give the money that you took off my bank card because I really need it. I am jobless until next week and need that money to buy groceries. I am a person that lives pay check to pay check. The trailer had a crowbar in it so the back gate could be pried opened and pried close. I am handicapped this was a huge inconvenience need two people to open and close the gate. I asked for a motorcycle trailer they had a larger trailer. This order was placed at the Chippewa pa location. Reserved trailer on Monday for sat am. Called uhaul on weds and the trailer was not reserved because my email address had not been inputted for orbrer. Called uhaul again on Fri am to confirm the order and they said it could be picked up in Cleveland instead of Geneva oh about 30 Miles away..Rick M.
I called to check to make sure they got my keys and the gentalman that I spoke to was very rude and short. Then is charged me for extra mileage. This is place made me never want to come backLeeann V.
The sales rep was a nice old lady, but screwed up the paperwork. The blankets I ordered online and the KO I ordered online were not present for the pick up. I had to drive to 3 separate places to get all of the items I ordered for my move. to I placed all of my ordered items a month in advance. You folks have some improving to do.Thomas S.

Have what is available online match what you have at the location. The website said nothing was available for the date/time I wanted but when I called the store and spoke to someone there was something available. This may be Uhaul's issue, not this location.Kate L.
Overall experience was extremely frustrating. Spent 35 minutes on the phone three days prior to pick up concerning the car the vehicle that I was hauling. Got to the store and nothing was in the database. Went through the entire process and the computer froze. Had to go through the entire process a second time. In today's world the information that was in the telephone call should have been on file! Spent over an hour picking up a car trailer. Completely unacceptable! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!gary E.

The gas tank was $15 below where the preinspection listed it. I filled it up to where it was marked to avoid being penalized. The speakers were blown, 140 miles with no radio sucked. The truck ran well though and the box was clean.DJ S.
