Not make customers feel like a second rate customer. When picking up the truck we were told the truck we were getting was supposed to be for another customer on Tuesday. Then we were made to feel bad that we had it as a one way rental.

Shawn HShe was very anal about everything, it was freezing and we had to walk back out to the truck multiple times because she told me to sweep out the back even though there was viably no mess, then kept messing up reading the odometer and argued about the trash that was left in it when I picked it up
