We dropped off the U-Haul after hours, did not meet any personal at the store.
JAMES GThe office was closed when I picked up and returned the truck, but the system of checking out and checking in using the U Haul phone app was very easy.

PAUL RNot charge hidden fees and then say you don’t know what it’s from and to call corporate.
Terese SI went two miles literally and was charged $8 for gas. I have never seen a gauge move for two miles. Pretty much a jip. Likely a regular practice to make money. Irritated me but the vehicle did it's job:
AMBER CUpon returning vehicle was accused of no cleaning the back! I rented vehicle for transportation to work only because of car rental cost! I did not even open the back truck but was told I would be charged if I didn’t clean, upon telling woman I didn’t even open back she very rudely asked then why did you even rent! Obviously wasn’t checked when returned by previous renters! Will go elsewhere in the future!
Gary NHorrible customer service!! Upon receiving and returning said truck the person behind the desk clearly had no multitasking skills. But honestly the real issue was with the fuel discrepancy. I entered the vehicle after taking pictures of the license plate, sides and gas meter. It was said to be at 7/8 or higher of a tank. When I entered it was clearly one notch above the the half a tank marker. I took a picture and moved on. When I returned it with 3/4 tank... Higher than what it was when I received the truck I was charged more for imaginary gas. But to add insult to injury I had to turn the truck around for no apparent reason and wait behind other customers while this employee continued to fail at multitasking 4 customers extremely poorly. This was not the headache I needed during a move. Pay and move on right ?...

Charles SI Feel As If I Totally Scammed! Saying they want to keep this truck at there location. So when you rent it like I did I HAD TO PAY TWICE THE MILEAGE, A 1.OOA MILE, TWICE IS BULL CRAP!!! IM ON SOCIAL SECURITY. AND THIS WAS AN EMERGENCY! I DON'T FEEL HELP TO ME WAS PROVIDED!! DO I DIDN'T REPLACE THE FUEL, WHICH WAS A SCAM TOO! BECAUSE I FIGURED OUT EVERYTHING! AND EVERYTHING I COULD FIND ABOUT YOUR TRUCKS IT WAS SUPPOSED TO GO 12 MILES PER GALLON. ON A 31 GALLON TANK. I WAS SUPPOSED TO USE 9. 3 GALLON,S. WELL THEN IT SHOULD NOT HAVE USED 1/2 tank!!! I Feel Like Everything Was A Lie!! I paid double miles. Which I shouldn't have to!! So I Feel That I Already Paid For The Fuel and More!!! And if I got the larger truck, I figured out the charges and then girl put in in her computer and it comes up With A Extra $80. From our of no where!! Saying that your Short on Equipment?? So that's something I should pay for??? Sounds LIKE PRICE GOUGING!!! AND THIS IS ILLEGAL PRACTICE!!!!!!THE FACT THAT YOU CAN NOT DROP OF THE TRUCKS AT THE DESTINATION YOUR GOING TO IS THE MOST REDICULOUS THING I'VE EVER HERD!!! YOUR LUCKY I MADE IT BACK WITH THAT TRUCK THE SAME NITE, AFTER UNLOADING!! I WAS MISERABLE I WAS IN SEVERE PAIN AS I HAVE A COLLAPSED SPINE THIS IS SOMETHING THE MOST RIDICULOUS THING I'VE EVER HEARD GO THROUGH ALL THAT AND RETURN DRIVING IT THE SAME NIGHT YOU'RE LUCKY YOU GOT IT BACK!!!

Charlene TThe truck that I rented had the tire pressure light on but had the right amount of air (the sensor probably needs replaced), the engine did not handle any type of hill even small one (it sounded like the engine was revving at a high rpm and took awhile for it to some back to normal idling) and when we stopped to park it smelled like hot brake and engine.

LYLE AI realize working customer service is not the greatest of jobs. When we returned our truck though the lady helping us out seemed overwhelmed. She lost her patience many times with customers and had moments of rudeness. She was struggling to figure out how to check us out and the customer before us, she seemed more concerned with the fact that she was working past her shift and made it known. Because she was losing patience and raising her voice with the customer before us, he was kinda snippy with us. What should have been simple was complicated. I was just glad to finally get out of there.

Heather HThe turn signal lever does not work properly. The turning signals would not shut off, nor could you get the bright lights to stay on. The only has 2200 miles on it, it runs like it needs a tuneup. I drove it for a total of 65 miles and it cost $25 to put the gas back where it was at. The gas was only $2.99 a gallon.

JOHN DThe computer software to rent a truck and return it was awkward and user unfriendly. The truck had the "check engine" light on which we were told when we returned it that it has been on for a long time, so no one worries about it. It took way to long to go through thee whole process. The manager did not seem to care about anything, leaving up to the ladies in charge to do the best they could. A shameful example of how Uhaul operates in a small location.

Tammy MGet a new system that I don’t have to download anything on my personal phone to rent a trailer your site is flagged as unsecured and I couldn’t download pictures of driver’s license. Secondly erase me from your system I want nothing saved especially a credit or debit card
TIMMOTHY KOver the decades I have used your services with little issues. This year I am relocating to Ohio with multiple rentals and every service for this project has been well below standard. I am considering using Penski rather than u-haul. I am very unimpressed.
Dale BFalse advertising they took $160 out of my bank account when I just used it in town!! Brought it back as it was when I took it out as was only supposed to be charged $40.41 and then I get told there’s nothing they can do to refund me the $119.59!! I will never go there again!!
APRIL TKitty is a super lady and even helped me with the hookup when I picked it up! Having delt with the online Uhaul in the past , I highly recommend the walk in rental if you can get that to work rather than mess with online! Thanks Kitty!

Michael FI called to ask about keeping it a few hours extra since the storage place wasn't open for drop off until after the return time. The people said it was fine and it would only be a 20$ charge for the extra day/few hours. I bring it back and instead am charged over 54$ for the day despite being told it would be MUCH less. When we asked about it, they said they couldn't change the prices and uhaul controlled that. The issue is that they lied /told us a lesser amount first so we weren't prepaired for more. Terrible.

THOMAS PFound being pressed about not having a cell phone or a secondary phone number upsetting and unnecessary. Companies shouldn't assume everyone wants or has a cell phone or e-mail. If I have a valid drivers license and the ability to pay all else is irreverent.

JOE SWhen we went to rent this trailer the women at this location told us they give a military discount, and when we pick up the trailer present the military ID and she would give it..When the time came she said She didn’t say that..She lied. Don’t do buisness with people like that.
WILLIS MPick up was a shit show. We got there a little before our pick up time of 6:30 and had trouble navigating what to click on the website. The instructions and YouTube video did not match the setup of the actual webpage. We finally figured it out. Halfway through I was notified that I needed a list of extra ID’s that included a passport and calling references The initial directions said have your iPhone, internet connection, drivers license, and credit card- all of which I had. We finally got through the reference ordeal and then we couldn’t find the “lockbox” which we thought would be located on or near the building close to the key dropbox which was clearly marked. After calling U-haul and timing out on the internet, we discovered the lockbox we spent 30 minutes searching for was a padlock on the back of the truck. Why would you call a padlock on the back of the truck a lockbox? It’s VERY confusing. The customer service rep we spoke to said he receives many calls from our location with the same problem.

I had to return to location 11 miles away to complete return then to find out was expected to take pictures after I dropped off keys.. uggh.. truck fine, just clunky experience w this location
ROBERT BThe equipment was clean and well maintained. The service provider was average as far as supporting the rental process. She was unaware of a fee would be charged if I cancelled and did not offer to check. She never walked the truck with me and she was unaware and unsure how to check for return discounts.
