GREGORY CI was charged to bypass the nearest return location and take to another location that made the mileage over. I was charged $17 for miles over and the gas was more than what I had to start and they didn’t refund that. Very unfair. I read that I would be charged if I returned to a different location also.

Damon WI had to sweep floor of cab out before I could put anything on it. Windshield filthy, hard to see in sunlight, I had trouble cleaning it a bit to reach. Found out when I arrived in Morgantown, my SUV was not chained down AT ALL and I had NO CAR TRAILER LIGHTS hooked up! Th fact that the girl in Summersville just "didn't open office" I found out night before I was to leave. All my place was packed up so I had to stay in a motel in Summersville and drive to Oak Hill (one hour away) to get truck! I have moved many times over the years. Always had great experience with Uhaul. This move was horrific! Best service and knowledgeable employee was from Mgr at Uhaul in Morgantown on Van Voorhis! With delay caused by Summersville ofc not opening, I spent total of $389 extra than needed to, between motels and eating out as I had no apartment!

Michelle DThe 26 foot truck was excellent. The ramp was too short and too steep. It made heavy objects very difficult to get into the truck. I would think in the future about making the ramps longer and less steep.
Billy JThe 24/7 Truck Share return process was much easier than the check-in process, but still plan on spending 5-10 minutes taking photos of the truck to verify condition and cleanliness.

Joshua HWe only needed the trailer for 3 to 4 hours. When rented we were under the impression that the guy we rented from would still be there when we returned. Long story short, he was not there, we called the u-haul number, was directed to go to uhaul.com/share. We did, had to take picture of trailer, we don't k now if the return notification was successful. The guy we rented from said if we brought the trailer back to the same location that there would be a discount. Don't know yet if that will apply, as it's 1:13 AM, the morning after the rental, will call location when it opens later this morning.
