Joshua H.We only needed the trailer for 3 to 4 hours. When rented we were under the impression that the guy we rented from would still be there when we returned. Long story short, he was not there, we called the u-haul number, was directed to go to uhaul.com/share. We did, had to take picture of trailer, we don't k now if the return notification was successful. The guy we rented from said if we brought the trailer back to the same location that there would be a discount. Don't know yet if that will apply, as it's 1:13 AM, the morning after the rental, will call location when it opens later this morning.

Floyd R.The truck needed cleaned. It at imbedded dirt and grime. So it was broom clean, but it needed to be scrubbed. I did not want to put cups or anything in the center console as it was sticky. Delivery was horrible. The app/site was down so I did not know how to return it. Sat on hold for 45 minutes to be told this was a big issue and just leave the keys in the box. I really did not trust this as I worried I would be upcharged for mileage, damage, gas, etc.

William G.Made reservation and got to the location and it was closed. Waited around for almost an hour, and someone finally showed up and told us the owner was at a bar drinking. We finally got the trailer and had to hook it up to our truck by our self in the pouring rain. This is the worst customer service for an establishment that has been with you since 1984. I will not recommend or rent from this place again

TERENCE L.All appeared fine at pick-up, even though large, cluttered, dirty warehouse type space with little desk in the middle of the floor where we found a man sitting, who asked our name and printed out the contract. The two men were friendly and the cost was as quoted. The driver's side of the floorboard was dirty, obvious truck had not been cleaned but no obvious damage to outside when we looked it over. Nobody walked us to the truck or did a walk around inspection with us as we have always experienced over the years in our rental of U-Haul equipment. We were given the keys and told where to find the truck. Not a very professionally ran business!!!
