They need a computer system or something. I had a reservation for 12:45p and didn't get the truck till after 2p because their system was messed up. Also did not get the dolly I paid for. Waiting on my refund.Dyara W.

First off all I just want to share that I reached to the location pick up my U-Haul Truck for my reservation but the guy told me sorry to say system says that u r not eligible to pick up the truck reason being there is no reservations on my name. Then I show him my reservation where it was mentioned pick-up time 10am 07/20/2021 whereas I reach there 9:45 then he said don't know if u want I can do a manual booking.LALIT S.

It was difficult trying to communicate with the employee waiting on me. The rental agreement was not handled properly. The employee had me down as the renter and the driver when I was only supposed to pay for the rental. He didn't explain what the insurance was and what it was for. Ice dealt with some shady businesses before, but this birders on criminal. Or maybe it's incompetence. I arrived to pick up, was told the documentation the website required was not needed. I was then asked for my credit card info yet again, after giving it online. They demanded a second name and phone number, thankfully I was doing this with my cousin, although he was already listed when we signed up. When we tried to return it on Sunday, we we're told we coukd not because the office was closed, and yet we still got charfed for that day.. fibskly, only the phone company can invent more undisclosed fees than I saw on my bill..Anthony G.

It took us 30 mins to get a key from a gas station attendant because customers keep walking in to pay for their gas after we gave him our driver's licenses. We were there before everyone and we had to wait until he was done with them. When we asked him a question his answer was â€œthat's Uhaul's rules, I just follow them I don't work for themâ€. I don't think Uhaul should use this Exxon if they don't care about Uhaul's customers. They gives Uhaul bad reputation.Bayky T.

The truck was not clean, seats were not vacuumed and had animal all over them. There were boxes and trash left in the truck. The furniture pads were gone and the empty bag was left hanging there. Overall very I was displeased with my experience.Dion H.

I filled out credit info and driver's license on-line for both drivers days in advance. The day of pick-up, the U-Haul Rep required me to send a photo of my credit and drivers info over the phone. I also had to send a photo of myself. TSA agents are less paranoid. The driver was held up for 45 minutes just to pick up the truck. U-Haul is OK, but never again at this location.THOMAS H.

Saba was very rude he look at the truck and said â€œyou did thisâ€ sir are you accusing me? He said â€œthere new and the stickers indicate that the ones already thereâ€ sir I can't help that. All I know is that I have pictures as well. Now I need to finish the check in process. Phone went dead he said it's not full has to be completely to the F. He got in the truck I told him I'm not done an would like to finish. He moved the truck. He said the floor on the driver side needs to be cleaned they will charge me for that. I replied sir it was snowing but I will sweep it. He went back in the store after taking pictures and trying to tell me I put marks on the truck. I ask him if I need to sign or do anything else he said no!! I said ok so that's it he said yes!! I left then was charged a fee for coverage!!Tasha P.
This location was somewhat easy to access, but was difficult due to competing needs of customers at the gas station. I also feel that I was not able to review my paperwork in the same way that I could at a Uhaul location.Katelyn R.
We got to the storage space, and lifted the back up and the back of the trucks floor was all wet. Had to put sheets down and covers so some stuff was protected. We had alot of stuff got wet. Informed the man when I got back some of the space was still wet. He didn't say anything about it.Mindy W.

They charged me for 5.3 gallons of gas when I only traveled 14 miles. That means the small truck only gets 2 miles per gallon...impossible! They are ripping me off! They are charging me $4.50 per gallon of gas. The location I picked up the truck is a gas station that sells gas $2.50 per gallon. The bigges rip off ever. Although I did everything required for express check-in, my time at the pick-up location spanned about 40 minutes because of system problems. This delay cost me time and money. My final question before leaving was if the truck was fueled up. I was told yes. Once I hit the road I found there was a half tank of fuel. My expectations were that there would be a full tank of gas so that I could fill the tank before dropping it off. When I dropped it off with a half tank of gas they still charged me $10 for gas. Have the person at the location at the time scheduled for pick up. I scheduled an 11am pick up but the guy wasn't there despite the location being open with two men working. I had to wait at least 40 mins past my pick up time to have the guy arrive and another 15- 20 to get checked out and given the keys. As that wasn't bad enough we returned the truck 3 hrs he's later and had to wait another 30-40 mins for the guy to come back from his home despite 2 ppl there working at the gas station to get my deposit back. On top of that the guy couldn't speak English well enough to communicate to me. His coworker has to tell me what he was saying. I had 2men waiting for me to arrive with the truck so they could load the truck. It cost me and extra 60$ because the agent was so late. I'm furious. They were rude when I expressed my displeasure. I was directed to park the truck 3 parking lots away from the gas station, with no one inspecting the truck at drop off. Two days later I was assessed a $25 fee for an unclean truck, when it was swept and in the exact same condition as when I picked it up. I emailed asking for a refund of the $25 and a week and a half later have gotten no response.Joel F.

First off I would like to say the Regional Manager, Mike Bock, was fantastic. However, the staff onsite where incompetent and rude. The staff at the location refused to give me my rental and called the store manager who yelled at me over the phone and when I asked him to talk to the uhaul regional manager he refused and said it's my problem. Mike rom uhaul handles it like a professional and drove to the store to handle the issue.aaron B.

I only got a text telling me to pick up the vehicle at this location. Neither your central customer service number nor the original rental location EVER answered the phone when I called to get clarifying details. The u haul rep at the 800 number was more concerned about getting my credit card number then actually listening to my needs ! The you can pay with your cc cash or check is bs as I was told I had to pay with my credit card. The reservation took 1 hr and 45 mins at the pick up location. The wrong truck was reserved after I explained in detail what I needed. The manager of the field is very rude and unprofessional! And last but not least I was charged $42 for gas after driving only 2 miles the rental I was told was $38 in total but they charged me $40 over $80 and a headache to make a donation ! The individual could not understand English. I had to ask him to repeat himself several times because I could not understand him. And when I turn the truck in the individual was not even there and I was being told by the person he was there to come back another day and I told him no because I was not going to get charge for another day of having the truck . And again he said well the person is not here. You will have to come back some other time. And I said no you're going to take a truck and you're going to give me a receipt.
