KEVIN JThis site is closed on Saturday and there was no one there to tell us where they wanted the trailer dropped or to help with disconnecting it. Only drop space we saw that didn’t block access points per the signs was fairly close to street. Business looked clean on outside and was easy to find.

Roy SNo equipment to be rented or for purchase for attaching the trailer to our truck. We had to leave to go buy it then go back. The person who hooked up the trailer did not seem to have experience. He hit the bottom of the ball hitch 3 times then walked away. My family and I, 3 females, lifted it on the ball hitch for him. Then he put the chains on incorrectly. The lady took a picture of the hook up and was unaware that it was wrong.
