my contract stated that I return the truck with 1/4 tank even though it only had 1/8 tank at pickup. I returned the truck with 3/8 tank and this location reported it as 1/8 tank and charge me $14 for fuel. I have a photo proving the fuel level at return and expect a refund. This is a despicable event that has me spending time to get resolved.

The location on the map wasn't correct... I could not see a Uhaul sign anywhere. Took an extra 10 min to drop off bc it I didn't see the name Get N Go 3 anywhere or like i said a uhaul. Once I got in the parking lot, it was fine. Just an old gas station. Location convenient but that's about the best part.

This location did not have the equipment we rented and charged us for it anyway, told us to go pick it up at the actual U-Haul store who ALSO charged us to rent the equipment we had already paid for. So we were double charged and a large amount of our limited free time on an already incredibly busy day was WASTED driving to multiple locations TWICE to drop the truck and then drop off the equipment rental. I’m sure we’ll also be charged for the extra mileage which is ridiculous because the first location should have just had the equipment we ordered or it shouldn’t have been an option to reserve it.

Absolutely horrible experience. No gas, had to fill up once I left because of no other vehicles available. I was dirty and roach infested. Don’t how I could ever recommend or use your service again.

It was a bit frustrating that when you are on a time schedule and you pick up your Uhaul at these outlying areas (after putting in an order for two furniture dollies and the Uhaul and having someone call you to tell you to pick it up somewhere else) only to find out they don't have the dollies requested. If they are not guarenteed you should not be able to order them online. I drove the extra 40 minutes because I needed them and it competely threw the already stressful day off. If you are going to provide the UHauls at a 7-11 you need to make sure they can offer what is needed or don't change a customers location!

They charged me for furniture dolly and furniture pads that I never received. I took a photo and explained to the person as well. Uhaul truck only had an appliance dolly and truck was dirty with some baby books and other stuff and the wheel was very sticky. For what is worth, it could be done better.

U-Haul was not cleaned. There was change, marijuana and dirt all over the floor, cup holders had drink residue, broken glass in the bed and the gas tank was “45 miles to empty.” Also for me to check out the U-Haul from this location I had to call customer service to get an understanding of how it was done because the clerk/owner had no clue and no proper equipment to complete the check out process. He had no laptop and had to be told by the customer service representative to reach out to “Steve” his district manager to complete the process for him in order for me to be able to receive the U-Haul.

Truck cab was dirty. Attendant told us to take the key and check if the dolly was returned with the truck. I went out and the truck was unlocked and there was no dolly. The dolly we reserved was not on the truck, we were told we could drive the truck to the main office and pick one up. Not our job. Truck had no fuel, less than 1/8 tank. There was no pre-check for damages. Horrible experience.

The gas station 3rd party employee assigned insurance without my knowledge and when confronted at the point of return he called the cops and almost got me arrested by formatting a Friday police report in addition to him being racing and making absurd remarks need investigation and will be following up with the BBB also he charged me for 2 days when I used the truck for 20 hours

I made the reservation to include moving blankets and there wasn’t any. The pickup location has no supplies. So after picking it up I had to drive to another location to pick some up, drove about 10 extra miles that you charged me for. I was also paying 2 movers $50 dollars an hour each and I was 30 minutes late due to the extra time driving to another location to pick up moving blankets. So this was truly my worst experience I’ve ever had with Uhaul, and I’ve used you many times.

The Drop off point was a BP gas station. I wasn't even aware that the drop off point for My U-haul van/ trailer was a Gas station until I arrived there. Drove around that Gas station block three times until I finally figured to go inside the Gas station to ask where thus address and if I'm in the right place...

Y’all should verify how third parties vendors are dealing with customers. Didn’t do a walk thru before and after my rental. Regardless of me asking. Engine light was on when ask was told that truck is running and not to worry. Then Charge me a fuel fee, after the fact that the truck was return with same amount was of gas. even thou I had my receipt. I have done other rental with the company and never had any issue expect this time. Was really discouraged with the experience of this location

This person refused to verify my mileage and fuel level upon drop-off and subsequently STOLE $75 from me by falsifying the "final bill." When I went back and questioned him, he told me he had "nothing to do with that charge". He said U-Haul did it. I have since been issued a refund. What reason do I have to rent form U-Haul in the future?

For starters. I was charged $45.00 in fuel. I only traveled 9 miles.Total rip off. I put 1 gallon of fuel in the vehicle when i dropped it off. This location is a total fraud!!

When I picked vehicle the haul representative did not go over the truck walk through… when returned truck the haul representative did not go through walk through when picked up truck fuel was in 1/4 tank when I returned truck it was on 1/4 tank the u haul representative did not inspect truck and I got an email immediately saying I was being charged 74 dollars for fuel and they did not even inspect truck

I rented a uhaul online. When I arrived at the location to pick-up my uhaul it was closed. I was told my rental was transferred to another location, when I arrived at that location they did not have the uhaul I was looking for. I had to call the uhaul 1800 number to find a rental. The rental location I picked up my uhaul was a gas station convenience store. Instead of candy on the checkout counter they had condoms for sale in a jar. I also put gas in the uhaul when complete, so there was more than had when I checked the uhual out and still got charged $30 gas fee.
