Rene QPick up and drop off was fine. I was disappointed however that there were only 5 blankets and there were supposed be 12. They were in a pile in the back of the truck so I assumed that there were 12 until later in the day when I started to need them.
Michael SMy original location did not have the items I requested (furniture dolly, furniture pads). My location was changed and I was not made aware. The second location that we had to drive to did not have the truck ready. They also did not have the additional equipment and told us we would have to go to a third location to pick them up. He charged us for them anyway, and then the third location still did not have the items we needed. We spent over an hour and a half running to different locations and still didn’t get what we needed. We requested a truck at 8:00 in the morning and did not get the truck back to our house until 10:00. Extremely disappointed in this experience.
Michaela CThe truck was in need of repair. Had to keep turning the key to get it to start. Wasn’t sure I wanted to take the truck but it was the only one he had. Wouldn’t not go back to that location. Missing 2 furniture Dollie’s and 5 blankets
