Sandy AdamsThere is a real disconnect between the UHaul app and the website. I can't find things on one or the other, so have to use both to complete an order. Also, I was an hour late for a 24/7 smart rental and it cancelled my reservation. I would think if something is 24/7 self service, they wouldn't cancel for picking it up late. I've already reserved that time and given my credit card for it. Let folks be a little late. Thank you.
Jeffrey McNealAgain, no employees at 3:00 O'clock on a Saturday. Down another gravel road. Phone went dead since trucks connection to charge cell phone did not work. The same cord worked fine in the car. Everything was terrible for pick-up and drop off.

Anthony SciartelliThis location is hard to give a rating to. When I showed up, the only office personnel was at lunch. When I tried to log into the website to drop off, it would’ve let me. I call the toll free number, as I was speaking with a rep, a person came in, but said that she was at lunch for another half hour and told me to drop the keys in the box.

John dsouzaThe truck only had a 1/4 of gas when I picked it up. When I went to fill it back up to a quarter tank before I dropped it off, the gas gage did not work and I ended up filling it to 3/4 tank. This issue ended up costing me about $50. Tanks should be filled or U-Haul should charge a reasonable amount for gas to prevent this issue.

ERIC NEWMANDifficult to find location. This was a one-way rental. The original truck they wanted to give us was all but impossible to open. This was not a surprise because one-way rentals seem to get the truck the provider wants off of their lot. They replaced it with another that was almost brand new. Definitely a plus. Had they not given us a better vehicle, I would rate them lower. But they made it good.

Kimberlee SmithThe process of mobile check in while trying to get the keys to the truck took an insane amount of time. It took about 20 minutes at least for the person to call two people for my contacts to confirm the reservation. The whole time I was literally just sitting there waiting. And then my key wasn’t even in the right lockbox. All in all the process took wayyy too much time, probably around 40 minutes Other than that it was a pleasant experience.

Granted that it was a holiday and all but I would definitely think that the day after someone would have been there to check in returns that came in on the holiday. But it is what it is and people are entitled to have a day off for Thanksgiving to spend time with their family and friends.

Tim ThorenThere was tremendous pressure to purchase insurance for my rental of both a 10' truck and tow dolly. I was asked four times if I wanted to purchase the insurance and each time I said, "No." I was also told that nobody had ever declined the insurance? The anticipation of the long, impending trip was stressful enough and this encounter certainly added an extra layer of stress right before departure. During the trip, I was completely paranoid that I was inevitably going to be billed for any minor scratch or dent or anything else - no matter what!

Lily E ZahorI was paying for the 24 hour ride share and was scheduled to pick it up at 7am I was there at 6:50am and due to difficulties with the uhaul website and the unwillingness to actually help me by the online uhaul help staff I wasn’t able to actually drive the uhaul until 8:00am. However I was still charged for 7am-12pm. Terrible customer support
