Kimberlee S.The process of mobile check in while trying to get the keys to the truck took an insane amount of time. It took about 20 minutes at least for the person to call two people for my contacts to confirm the reservation. The whole time I was literally just sitting there waiting. And then my key wasn't even in the right lockbox. All in all the process took wayyy too much time, probably around 40 minutes Other than that it was a pleasant experience.
