Had a great experience renting from Gibbons food location. The young man working was very nice and displayed great customer service. The only problem was due to weather the U-Haul was stuck in the snow bank when I picked it up and the back door was frozen shut when I tried to open it to put in my items. I will be going back to rent here in the future and appreciate the help given to get me on the road when the U-Haul was stuck. I can’t blame the location for the bad weather as the units are stored outside. Thanks again to the person working he was very respectful and helpful.
