Rented a trailer and then called to see if I could drop it off at another location and was then told it would be another $150.00 to do that. The cost of the trailer was only 29.00. I thought the whole purpose of Uhaul was to have options to drop it off anywhere. Not get ripped off for it.JOSEPH D.

This was a change location. Told to pick up the truck at 10... location didn't open until 10:30. The reservation and pick up experience was poor. Please change you â€œcall ahead confirmation â€œ process. It's impossible to plan a move if the truck pickup location and time changes the evening before. We were left scrambling to change of piano movers help and loading help. There must be a more customer-focused approach to that process that uhaul could implement.ANDREW G.

Needed my truck early. 10am was the soonest l could pick it up. The day before my reservation, l got a call saying l couldn't pick my truck up till 12:30pm. When l got there, the three dollies l had reserved were not there. Really poor experience. I will not be using Uhaul again!RICK G.

This location is on a weird corner and the parking lot is full of GIANT potholes. It's not clear where to park the trucks as there is not much parking at all. Pretty creepy area- I wouldn't want to come at night to drop off.Christopher T.

Poor attitude resulting in below par of customer service. Location of this is similar to a small shed and next to railroad tracks, poorly marked & inside facility was very dirty. Will not rent from this location or recommend it to anyone.CURTIS W.

My issues I have, Is being pushed around to 3 different locations to get a 20 foot truck I had called and reserved in advance and they had to give me a 26 foot truck and the customer service representative left me a voicemail said they would knock off $50 from the fee. Which did not happen and I have charges on my card now that I'm not sure what it is for, I had reserved a 20 foot and had to settle for a 26 foot truck. The man that I got the truck from was nice and I went to put the key in the return box and he said just give it to me I have to move these around anyways because they where very little parking. I am a bit frustrated because nothing went as planned, I guess don't reserve a truck because you may or may not get what you reserved, Also the inconvenience fee is BS the representative said to me on the voicemail, I paid for my own nconvenience. Let's not forget about the link that said your session has expired when I tried to load a photo of a little damage that was on the back door. I will not reserve another Uhaul online again, Everything will be done one paper.Earnest R.

Make sure you set up your account before you go and it will go a lot quicker. We didn't until the morning of and it took about 30 minutes to do that and the checkout of the uhaul. Besides that, everything was fine. Would highly recommend.leslie H.

Make sure the pickup site has the equipment that the customer ask for before the reservation is approved by the company, i needed an appliance dolly and they didn't have one. The small dolly i was forced to pay for because I needed one had some form of oil all over it and I couldn't use it anyway.WILLIAM K.
Did not have full 24 reserved furniture pads, only had 12 and one of those was badly ripped. Not the site's problem but I reserved 24 from UHaul. Not to mention that the site I reserved the truck from turned out not to have the size truck and I get a message a couple days before pickup that my location has changed. U-Haul should do better about reserving equipment from the requested location or not allow the reservation to proceed.Scott C.
