The lady working the counter was super nice, the truck was clean & ran just fine.

It was unprofessional all around, which is typical of Richmond. I ended up losing most of a day travel as the nearest trailer to exchange was over an hour away.

ERNEST BWe were told they didn’t have any trucks. Called another Uhaul location and was told they had a van and the pick up location was this location. We went to get the van and the computer system was down. It took almost 45 mins for us to be signed out and no receipt. The van was not clean at pick up.

JUDITH GI've used Gibson Resale several times for my U-Haul rental needs without issue. I've used Batteries Unlimited U-Haul rental in Richmond and had extra fuel charges added after drop off. When I complained to them about the fraudulent charges, and told them that I had documentation of mileage and fuel levels before, the site representative became unprofessional and stated that he had documentation and pictures too. He refused to reverse the charges. I then contacted U-Haul directly and they reversed the charges after providing the documentation. Choose wisely, choose Gibson Resale

RIVER FLocks rusted and spent over an hour waiting for someone to get there to assist because apparently we were told the wrong lockbox on the app. This was also when I did t have an hour to spare due to having moving guys waiting on me that I hired by the hr.

ALAN WRented with no problems would suggest the rental agent should take pictures of the unit when it's Rented that way there's a record of the condition of the unit saving problems in case of damage retired from penske that's what they do

STEVEN TThis location is tiny. It is difficult to turn around in.. It is located near an intersection which makes it hard to get into or out of. They never answer their phone.
ALLEN CI was never notified that the appliance dolly I reserved was not available, so I was not able to move my appliances, making the truck rental a waste of money. The truck was not ready at the promised time for pick up, so I wasted an hour of paid labor. The truck had a horrible cigarette odor.
