The trailer from this location was not remotely near safe and roadworthy condition. Representative spent our interaction talking to another customer/friend(?) about how overworked they are. It was unprofessional all around, which is typical of Richmond. I ended up losing most of a day travel as the nearest trailer to exchange was over an hour away.

ERNEST BWe were told they didn’t have any trucks. Called another Uhaul location and was told they had a van and the pick up location was this location. We went to get the van and the computer system was down. It took almost 45 mins for us to be signed out and no receipt. The van was not clean at pick up.
