Trailer dirty inside. Bright green straps tied in knots still inside along with debris. Pickup service was good. My only complaint for pick and return would be why am I the one having to lift the trailer when I’m not employed there.
Candelario RHad no issues with pickup location, however am disappointed with scheduling. I was initially told to pick up at another location 45 minutes away and when I got there, was informed they didn’t have the truck. Then had to drive to this location.
David MMy reservation pick- up location and truck, as well as price were changed by UHaul without my approval. Had to wait in line 45 min to pick up the truck. Location did not attempt to do anything to address the increased rate- gave me a 1-800 number to contact which I have since done and am now awaiting response.
Scott R1st issue. I called U-Haul and extended the rental for two days. However, the location where I returned the trailer was not notified. When I called U-Haul the operator I initially stated I didn’t extend it. Then she said I only extended it for one day. Not true and she contraindicated herself. 2nd issue. The return location was 18 miles away, one way. There were other locations much closer. So I spent 10 dollars in gas to turn it in when I could have spent half that turning it in at a closer location. SO…I want credit for the extra day.
