I was unaware of the wait it would take to be 'approved' once I went to pick up the cargo van, then my app would not allow me to take and upload pictures of the cargo van. I was able to have assistance by sending me a link however it expired before I was able to use the link. this extra waiting had my timeline off. So i had to leave the dealserhip to stay on time with other items. The cargo van was pulled all the way up on the sidwalk and I would have to go in the busy street to get a full picture of the front.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThere are trucks parked directly in the front driveway to get into the location, forcing you to drive over a curb to not hit the front uhaul.
Neil JI’ve rented two vehicles in the past month from this location. Both times I had to sweep out the back myself. I provided pictures with the app I use but I’m not sure it accepted them. I had to walk inside both times to talk with the employee even though I selected mobile pickup. Gas hands have not been at the stated position. The last one I found old food and wrappers under and behind the front seat. I’m not even sure I want to use the U-Haul service anytime soon.
