Russell BIt was a really dirty truck,and the check engine light was on, tire lights were on and would flash. My husband did let the guy know that the dash lights were on.He said that was fine. Thankfully it was a short haul or I would not have felt comfortable using it. It was the only one available and we needed it. I do appreciate being able to have the options of using you all.
Adriean Ereturned vehicle prior to opening. walked into office at opening time of 9am. representative said I was not able to get any credit for returning unit one day early. said she would check it in later. did not check it in until 9:50am which suggested I had truck for over 24 hours which was not the case.

Tyler HThe place I got it from was nice the uhaul itself was nasty, I was driving and 3 bugs landed on me . Once I got to location moved my stuff out there was bugs everywhere. Come to find out it was bed bugs never in my life have I ever had them. Now I'm having to throw alot of my stuff away because of it

David FThe location wasn't really an issue . Could not get good reception to be able to upload app. And finish pick up or drop off. App itself was a horrible experience. Took 3 hours to pick up truck. Because app would not recognize that. I had a reservation had to sit on the phone for 3 hours with 6 different people. Until finally, issue was resolved by deleting reservation and adding new one.

Michael BWasn’t really helpful. Was worried with something else and then charged me for fuel when I filled back up to what it was when picked up in Cleveland. Have yet to receive my deposit..

Walter HHad a great experience all the way around. From reserving the truck, picking it up to returning it was very easy. The truck drove great and was able to get all the furniture in one load. Will use U-Haul anytime I need to move something.
