The Business is called "Gig Harbor Coffee" on the U-Haul website and app, but there is no business there called Gig Harbor Coffee. It is essentially an unspecified business with no clear signage. The first time I dropped off at this location, it took me over 30 minutes just to find it. Signage is poor, too.

Warren F1/8 tank of fuel in the tank on pickup required an unanticipated stop to begin moving process with a deadline to rendezvous with movers. I should have requested a vehicle with adequate fuel to start without an emergent stop for gas. Not cool.

Heather CThe attendant here was cold and unhelpful. I was not advised that dropping the UHaul Off at a different location in town would incur a $262.00 fee. Actually, I asked specifically and was told "that should be fine". When we dropped it off at the other location across town, nobody there told us about the drop-off fee either. Imagine my surprise when an in-town, 4 hour UHaul Rental cost me $401.00!!!! NEVER AGAIN!

Michael MGas gauge in the vehicle was stuck just below 1/2 tank during refueling which caused me to fill and pay for +10gal over what was required. The needle did finally release but the tank was 1/4 higher than the intended amount. Companies are quick to charge you when you return the vehicle with fuel quantity lower than when delivered but do not offer compensation when their vehicle causes you to overfill.

FRANCIS STruck windshield was cracked clear across windshield and tires were well past needing replaced. Other than those two issues the truck ran and drove great.

Sam HI had a disappointing experience with the car rental company. Despite returning the car with a full tank, they incorrectly assessed it as empty and charged me for additional fuel. Furthermore, I was billed for two extra days, which I did not use. The incorrect calculations and extra charges left me unsatisfied with their service.

I have been renting UHauls for decades---and prefer contracting with paper documents. Now everything is text or email and not practical for me.

Chelsey JTried to return after hours and the key drop box was behind a locked gate. I spent 30 mins on the phone with U-Haul trying to figure out what to do. I ended up leaving the truck and having to drive back the next day to return the key. You guys charge based on time and distance. You should reimburse me for my time and distance for this.
David MThe only person who works there told us that there is after hours drop off, but when we arrived in the evening, the gaits were chained and locked and the key drop off box was unreachable. Had to come back the next day to bring the key. He was not even apologetic. Did not complete the check out right away and did not send me the receipt. The worse communication I ever had with U-Haul at that location. Will not ever use them again.

I believe that if you create more space in your office with brighter lighting, office space with brighter lighting , that would be a great improvement.However overall I would give your service an 8 out of 10, 10 being the the best.
