The representative at this location was extremely professional and was very nice and even assisted in attaching the trailer to my vehicle. Keep it up, job well done. Extremely smooth process in checking in and out with the rented equipment.
MTTHEW NWe originally had a reservation in Bremerton but it was a series of mistakes on their part. (See below for details of that!) we had them move our reservation to Gig Harbor and it was seamless. Easy to access, easy check in and very friendly staff. I give them 11/10!! Bremerton U-Haul issues Giving away the trailer, incorrect details in reservation from a phone agent, the owner of the Bremerton office, Becky tried to give us a trailer with a broken axel. One her employee had just told her it was broken. They tried to hook it to the truck anyway.
Amy LPoor service, the first rental had a hole in the truck. The second rental that we took, wouldn't start and we were on hold with support for hours. Delayed our moving time by using that facility. I would not recommend to anyone.

SARAH Ythe agent named Jedi was a poor example of customer service. I will never rent from them again and will tell everyone in my circle about my negative experience. When asked of the owners info it was refused. After reading otjher reviews that align with my own its apparent the "owner" does not care either about his customers. In short AVOID this place at all costs.

Angela BI got the truck with it little gas and returned it with just a smidge under than what I got was charged 30 dollars for it then it was difficult to park because they wanted it back exactly where I found it and at 11pm there’s not a whole lot of lighting to reverse it back it when all the truck are there
NAOMI HThe truck bed was almost clean. The windshield, mirrors, windows were dirty inside and out. The person who gave me the keys wasn't doing much of anything and he had the truck for several days. He is a very unmotivated employee. The truck ran great, was comfortable, and had all the power I needed. I am very satisfied with all the U-Haul phone support, everyone was very helpful and polite. Very impressed, U-Haul delivered!!!
DENNIS AEmployee did not want to check in the truck. Said the receipt was emailed anyways. I insisted on being checked back in so I knew the final charges. Employee was irritated about this simple request.
TYLER DStaff was very friendly and helpful. I hurt my hand earlier that day, so they unhitched the trailer and moved it into place for me. Will definitely use if I need to rent a trailer again.
Michael BWe felt like the employee was not friendly and was not available each time we came to the office. I don't feel you should have to find someone to check you In or out and overall did not feel welcome. Very convenient location and great pricing however.

Shannon OI appreciated the extra help getting the truck out of its parking spot. The Uhaul computer system was down so it took longer to get the ball rolling even though I had reserved the truck online. We were told there was no ETA as to when it would be back up and running. Fortunately, it didn't take too long but if it hadn't worked they couldn't have rented me the truck and that would have meant having to cancel my moving plans and somehow rescheduling them.
Rebecca KI was there during normal business hours. I was not told they would be closed for 10 days, there was no notice that this location would be closed for days. I had to lift a 6x12 foot trailer off my truck by hand and strained my back doing it. If you expect clients to unhook their trailer you need to provide a trailer jack. I dropped the trailer off during normal business hours they were just closed unexpectedly. I should have been informed that they closed u expectedly and I should have been provided a different location to deliver the trailer without a fee where an employee could unhook the trailer from my truck. The phone customer service was entirely unhelpful.

Luke M1. The vehcile was not ready on time. I had to wait 30 minutes while the vehicle was checked in. 2. The staff could benefit from customer service training. Keep in mind we have other options. 3. I will be much more likely to use the location at 1212 Earnest S Brazill St Tacoma, WA in the future. Their customer service was exceptional. They made me feel like they were glad to do business with me.

Michael PWorst experience ever. Almost lost my cadillac due to poor maintenance on dolly. Àlso got stuck in steep driveway to business. Took 4 hours in rain to get out. Çust service nonexistant. Bad business practices. Also was supposed to pick up unit in another town where I had just bought a motorhome, they called as I was filling out paperwork on my motorhome. In your webpage it says you will contact 24 hours in advance if unit is not avail. at place you reserved at. Very shitty deal.
Alan NMy experience with this location was good, except that my information was entered incorrectly by the office person for my one-way move to Springville. She entered it as a round trip, and I have been charged double what I should have been. Even though I called uhaul before paying the bill, attempting to correct it, I was charged an additional $700 when the truck return went through ($900 more than I should have been). Uhaul states this will need to be filed as a dispute with the Gig Harbor location to rectify. I have tried numerous times to contact the Gig Harbor location but the phone is never answered and the mailbox is full. I’m concerned about the refund, and sincerely hope it resolves correctly today.
heather wWhen my son got there to pick up the truck, the battery was dead. The young man helping us was very apologetic for the truck not working. The owner said he would discount our bill.
denise hI was charged for a hand truck but it was not in the back of the truck. It worked out ok but when I left he said I was good to go so I thought he had put it in the back my fault for not checking myself.

It is essentially an unspecified business with no clear signage. The first time I dropped off at this location, it took me over 30 minutes just to find it. Signage is poor, too.

Warren F1/8 tank of fuel in the tank on pickup required an unanticipated stop to begin moving process with a deadline to rendezvous with movers. I should have requested a vehicle with adequate fuel to start without an emergent stop for gas. Not cool.

Heather CThe attendant here was cold and unhelpful. I was not advised that dropping the UHaul Off at a different location in town would incur a $262.00 fee. Actually, I asked specifically and was told "that should be fine". When we dropped it off at the other location across town, nobody there told us about the drop-off fee either. Imagine my surprise when an in-town, 4 hour UHaul Rental cost me $401.00!!!! NEVER AGAIN!

Michael MGas gauge in the vehicle was stuck just below 1/2 tank during refueling which caused me to fill and pay for +10gal over what was required. The needle did finally release but the tank was 1/4 higher than the intended amount. Companies are quick to charge you when you return the vehicle with fuel quantity lower than when delivered but do not offer compensation when their vehicle causes you to overfill.

FRANCIS STruck windshield was cracked clear across windshield and tires were well past needing replaced. Other than those two issues the truck ran and drove great.
