The guy working there is super nice and helpful. I have no issues with him or the location. The issue I have is with the reservation system. Last weekend I had a reservation and was notified the day before from a customer service rep that the vehicle would not be available. I was told that I could drive to Port Orchard and get a larger vehicle & free miles. When I asked about the difference in gas I was told it would be my responsibility. I think that is poor judgment for a company and a lack of accountability. I had a reservation this weekend that included the appliance dolly but it wasn’t available either. I don’t feel that I can rely on U-Haul and certainly wouldn’t recommend someone else go there.
