Dropped off our truck, but the truck wasn't checked in for 2 days. And it was only checked in because I called the 1-800 number to let them know what was going on. If you do use this location, triple check the hours they are open and make sure to take plenty of pictures of your equipment. If you do need assistance, they will NOT answer their phones, so best to call 1-800 # if you need anything.

AMY WThis location is convenient and the guy who works there is very nice and helpful. But on a corporate level and the reservation system I would give a 2 star. I have twice reserved an appliance dolly which wasn’t available for pickup. I understand your shortage of this item. It would be great if the reservation wasn’t allowed if it wasn’t available.
