MATTHEW HI booked with a different location that was near my current address and I know the area. I went to the place of booking and they didn’t have my reservation, saying it went to a different location for some reason. So I had to go to an unknown location that had no safe parking, closed super early, and was further away. This was ridiculous. The truck had the check engine light when I got it, but because of all of this I was running late to meet the movers and was going to tell them when I got back but they were closed. The inside of the truck had blue liquid in the cup holder when I got it as well. Unacceptable. Worst U-Haul experience I’ve had

NOEL TEngine ran a little rough like it had bad gas, but it ran fine and completed the haul. Nice gal at the desk, helpful aid out in the truck area. I would go back if I needed a truck.

TODD NNice quick check in. I don’t understand why the website and the check in clerk were not able to tell me I could return the truck in Sequim. Please fix your web site as there are two or three uhauls Sequim.
DONNA NThis is the second time renting from this location. The employees are never on time. This time costing me money as I had a crew being paid by the hour waiting for the truck.

JESSIE PKind of a rip-off that they give you a quarter tank of gas and tell you to come back with a quarter tank of gas. They ended up getting an extra quarter tank of gas for me because it's almost impossible to make sure you bring back the rent amount of gas kind of a rip-off. I also did not use 200 mi but they charged me for 200 mi. I used less than $100. So I'll be putting a claim in with my credit card.
LARRY BSecond time in a row I’ve rented a trailer and it not be available at the outlet I chose. Agent at the store in Gig Harbor seemed particularly unhappy to be there.
LEE KTerrible facility. Mud lot, poor signage, no restrooms, no vehicle check out or in. This facility and non chalant staff injure your brand.
THEODORE FThey didn't have the truck so uhaul sent us 25 minutes in the wrong direction to pick up a truck in Gig Harbor. There was no discussion or inquiry to the best location for us to go for the truck. The agent hung up on me.

DEBBIE CI got ripped off and had to pay a fuel surcharge when I put exactly the amount of fuel back in the van that I used, and I have proof. I need uhaul to call me asap!!!

LISA JI thought I was reserving a truck for an OK price, but when I picked it up I was shown the per-mile fee in very small print. The way it's presented is clearly deceptive pricing. Even for a local job the mileage fee exceeds the per day cost. I complained but was told it was it a corporate issue. NOT HAPPY with UHaul. Feel cheated. Will look for other options.
TERRANCE AI don't know what ypu could do to improve an unmanned location. Customers parked there vehicles like trash and the employees placed the incorrect keys in trucks... also actually place the correct items into the truck that were ordered
Michael ANot the best experience as a couple of things went awkwardly. 1. I wasn't made aware that I was being provided a 24X7 rental when I booked through the mobile app, so we arrived, found nobody on the premise, and no notification that it was a "holiday" on 12/21. It was only after calling support did they let us know it was a 24X7 rental. The truck itself had less than half a tank of gas and a check engine light illuminated. The packing blankets we had ordered were not present and since this was a remote rental we were charged anyway. The area the vehicle was parked in was muddy and it was raining, so taking all the pictures the 24X7 experience required meant we needed to walk around in the mud and take pictures in the rain.
Russel MAbsolutely horrible. I’m never going here again. I’m never renting U-Haul again. This place is the worst. No one is available to help at this location. The keys were left for the wrong truck so I had to contact U-Haul support to figure out which truck to use. You have to use the app for pickup and drop off and the app is terrible. The parking lot is a mud pit. Never using this place again.

Gary GExplain that there’s a base payment& a deposit. All in all nearly $300 for only 60 miles. Absolutely ridiculous. After asking in every way I can what the actual total would be I kept getting told less than $90 I paid $250 for 60miles & had to pay for gas!!! Never again
Madison GThis was by far the easiest transaction I have had renting a U Haul. The young man working the counter was ready for me the minute I waked in and acknowledged my reservation. It took me less than 3 minutes to get on the road with the truck. Upon returning the truck, he met me outside and asked how everything went and inquired if the truck was running satisfactorily. It was!! As I stated, everything went very well. I wish I knew the young man's name because he deserves acknowledgement. Thank you.

GARY KFirst off the employee was late opening. ( Not by much ).. he was not only lacking any customer service whatsoever but he as actually rude. Like I was keeping him from sleeping in. No eye contact, attitude and just not pleasant at all. Got a truck with a half tank of gas, broken window handle, check engine light on, and no radio. I would THINK that an attendant would tear some of these things before loaning out the trucks. I had a road trip and not having enough gas, and no radio pretty much sucked. Especially crossing my fingers the whole time that the truck would make it with the engine light on
TARA BGetting the right trailer the first time would help. Spent 50 miles round trip to return and get the right trailer.
MARK RThey wanted me to go THREE HOURS out of my way to pick up. This should had been brought to the OG pickup location for the customer.
Johanna WI had a previously problem with the rental on Sunday and had to reschedule for Wednesday. I was surprised to receive a call from their district manager, explaining what had happened on Sunday and offered a resolution. When I got there on Wednesday, my truck was ready to go, and they even found a place for me to park my car and trailer on the property which I did not expect. Thank you!

MTTHEW NWe originally had a reservation in Bremerton but it was a series of mistakes on their part. (See below for details of that!) we had them move our reservation to Gig Harbor and it was seamless. Easy to access, easy check in and very friendly staff. I give them 11/10!! Bremerton U-Haul issues Giving away the trailer, incorrect details in reservation from a phone agent, the owner of the Bremerton office, Becky tried to give us a trailer with a broken axel. One her employee had just told her it was broken. They tried to hook it to the truck anyway.
Amy LPoor service, the first rental had a hole in the truck. The second rental that we took, wouldn't start and we were on hold with support for hours. Delayed our moving time by using that facility. I would not recommend to anyone.
