DEBORAH TThe worst experience I ever had with UHAUL. The so called motorcycle trailer was useless for any standard road bike. The tail gate is too short, therefore on level ground the MC center frame hangs at the top of the ramp. Apparently the designer of this trailer never owned a motorcycle. Your dealer had the personality of a robot, could careless about my total wasted rental. Plus I got this threatening call that if I didn't return the trailer on time it would be repossessed. Your Alpena Michigan dealer is terrific, the bitch in Atlanta needs to be repossessed.

Kevin ROverall decent people with decent equipment. Only issue is the towing I had reserved was frozen to ground and so was the others. So I recommend them putting trailers on blocks or something to prevent this. Good thing was they were cool about it seen the issue and offered a auto transport at same price. So very fair and quick service.

DOUGLAS RUHaul electronic system wanted to charge a fee for wrong drop off for the designated location but the people took care of everything. I dropped off at the correct and only location in Atlanta Michigan
LLOYD VWindshield wipers were defective and Windshield fluid was filled with water so when I attempted to use it while driving in cold northern Michigan in the evening and the windshields immediately iced over completely and the wipers were worthless and this was absolute dangerous. I was able to safely move the truck over looking through an edge of the windshield and used the defroster to eventually thaw the ice. But the windows were still dirty from road traffic and I had to stop multiple times along my route to clean the windshield at gas stations. This was my most dissapointing experience with UHaul. Drivers beware of this possibility and do not expect the distribution center to check these items. Drive safe.
George MThe truck was picked up early on a cold morning with heavy frost and the back of the truck was left open so it got frosty inside and soon as it started to warm up the whole inside had to be wiped dry before we could load anything. The truck wasn't locked and anyone could have taken the blankets that were ordered with the truck.

Everything was new and operational and was so big we moved pretty much our whole house in 2 loads. We will tell everyone about you! The staff was courteous and friendly and very helpful.

Stephen FThe tires were more than bald on the trailer when I received it. You could see the inner tube poking through the worn tire. I specifically asked if it would be okay to return the trailer after close and it would still be billed as a two day rental, and the lady I rented from said yes. I returned the trailer in two days and it was at about 11 pm that night (rented on 7/25 and returned on 7/27). Received an email today that I was billed for an extra day ($20) and an arbitrary “coverage” amount ($8). I feel like I’ve been lied to straight to my face. They seemed very nice but not sure why this happened.
Gunnar LI reported the trailer leak to the drop off location and they told me that they would make sure that they put in a repair request at U Haul.
RONALD SThis has nothing to do with the places but about the website and customer service. The site wouldn’t let me change it to a one way so I had to call customer service. I was on hold for an hour to get my reservation changed. I think they need to use the system you can have them call you back and not lose your place in line.

Kelly FThe store where we picked up the UHaul was actually FANTASTIC. It's a consignment and antiques place that was really fascinating, and we bought a few things there. We highly recommend it, and the people are wonderful. The problem was that it was really far from the town where we lived, in a very, very remote area. It was strange that the UHaul place in Gaylord, where we live(d), had nothing. Also, the exterior of the truck was absolutely filthy. The window was complete splattered with bugs and dirt. We had to take it to a car wash and scrub off the winshield and the headlines. It was really disgusting.

What a pleasant representative of Uhaul she is. Also is a nice little store with all kinds of interesting stuff. Not having much time to shop I will be back to shop for sure.

Carolyn BThey refused to return my cash deposit and were incredibly rude when I said that I needed my cash deposit. I left with the key and said call me when you have my money. I called u haul of farmington hills (the location i got the truck from), then the area manager for u haul called me a few minutes later and was so condescending. I returned the keys and got my cash, and the lady handling the money called me a crazy bitch behind the van. It was a horrible experience.
