Didn't give a lot of good instructions on what we should do for pickup. But the lady at the location was extremely nice and very helpful with pickup and drop off.

DEBORAH T.The worst experience I ever had with UHAUL. The so called motorcycle trailer was useless for any standard road bike. The tail gate is too short, therefore on level ground the MC center frame hangs at the top of the ramp. Apparently the designer of this trailer never owned a motorcycle. Your dealer had the personality of a robot, could careless about my total wasted rental. Plus I got this threatening call that if I didn't return the trailer on time it would be repossessed. Your Alpena Michigan dealer is terrific, the bitch in Atlanta needs to be repossessed.
