I had a bad experience today. I feel rob by U-Haul. I rented a 10 truck, I asked the guy can a refrigerator fit inside, he said yes. After driving 2 hrs I found out the refrigerator couldn't fit. I decided to drop it to nearest location. They told no that I need to bring back. Did not have, I told my step son to drive back and I will have to rent another truck. It cost me $ 302 for the first truck and $439 for the second truck totaling $742. That's not right. The guy should explain to me. I rented

SANDRIKA EExtremely poor training with terrible customer service. They asked me to lift and hook up the trailer myself, which was heavy and very difficult. They did not verify the connection and I had to instruct them to perform a light check. All of this violates their policy. Do not use this location, it is unsafe. I called U-Haul customer service and filed a complaint, the agent was very concerned and said I would receive an email confirmation of the complaint and that someone from the regional office would call me. So far I have not received an email or call.

David OThe person assisting me was excellent. The location itself is messy and I needed to drive to a different parking lot to pickup the equipment which was annoying on a busy street. I would not recommend this location as there's a much larger and nicer one a couple of blocks up the street. In fact, I needed a ball for my hitch and I had to buy one from the larger U-Haul down the street since Gill Petroleum Corporation didn't include them in the rental. I was told by the larger U-Haul that if I had rented fro them that the ball hitch attachment would have come for free instead of needing to buy it.

Sean MUpgrade the trucks and the business computer. The truck had over 100,000 miles, the mileage used was inaccurate and the computer had to be restarted to complete the transaction. I was not given a paper receipt as the computer was not working properly.

Sheneek DLet’s start with cleaning the ice off the windshield. And upon returning rental, only one person available to process my return, and they weren’t available. I really wanted to know my final cost then. And was told to leave key, so I went around van taking a quick video and picture of odometer and gas level etc. before I left. I finally did get my final bill receipt 7 hours later and it was correct in the range I expected
Edwin RU-haul wasted more than 1 hour of my time just to get the keys. There was no one available to handover the keys. I called uhaul they kept transferring me to another dept and kept wasting my time for no fault of mine. When I asked to refund the money that’s when someone showed up and even after that the individual had to be on phone with uhaul to figure out the key. It was super super bad experience renting the van from uhaul.

I rented a truck for 24 hours, dropped it off at location long before the 24 hours and yet two days, two days after, I received a phone call asking me to extend the time I want the truck because it was not on site. Wherein the truck and keys were there in less time than I stated I would used it for. That's incompetency. I will NEVER recommend that location to any one.

Hillel STruck was given to me on empty and I was asked to return with at least 1/4 of a tank. Ordered hand truck was not available and I was told to go to a different location. Moving pads were put in truck but I noticed when dropping off the truck I was only given 11 instead of 12, which then presented an issue while dropping off.

DEVID AThe truck was SUPER dirty inside and they didn’t even have my equipment I requested (furniture dolly and utility dolly) so I would NOT recommend this place. Also, the process to check in is ridiculous and the people there are NO help. I will NOT be getting a U-haul again when I need to move.

Then on my return the person who received the truck didn’t look at it didn’t close out my contract didn’t even know how to do it’s. I had to call Uhaul customer service to let them know to poséase note I had returned the truck before I get charged another day. I finally got my recipes around 12:30. This was a very unprofessional location.

max yThe moving blankets were not in the truck as promised. The location wouldn’t help downgrade the size truck I needed even though they had the UHaul interface open on their screens and a truck in stock. The app and website crashed about 6 times before I could pick up the truck and the location above said they couldn’t help.
Emerson Fthe uhaul traiker was in the back corner of the lot when we arrived. the guy who was helping us out when we got there was cursing at us multiple times about the light hookup. he slammed the car into the trailer not once but twice and the lady who confirmed our reservation was very rude and called me and told me i had to come early even though the reservation was at 6 and then called two more times asking what time we were going to be there even though i told her i worked an hour away and got off at 5. she then hung up on me. there's literally a scrape on my car from him pulling forward with the uhaul and scratching it against another trailer in the lot. very unprofessional and i never complain about service like this. i felt very unsafe as a young woman about to drive across the country with no help from the people putting this on my car. very upsetting
Devin CGas Gauge wasn’t working & we had too return truck @half Tank. The Gauge wasn’t moving when we pumped gas, so we kept pumping gas $85.00!!!! When we were driving the Gauge wasn’t moving. When we returned the UHaul Truck, The Lady went inside truck closed door & Came out saying you put in full tank!!! I said No, it’s half. This place has Gauge Rigged!!!! Swear To Ya No Lie!!! And @ the end of it all She won’t give me a Total Final Bill!!! Bad BD Bad Place...
