Major issues with verifying ID. Was on the phone for 30mins with a rep to then be told to just walk in to the business and do a in person check in.

Rental location was changed from Xclusive Window Tinting INC (755 Bennett Rd) at the last minute. Staff was understanding and redirected me to nearest Uhaul location (4001 E Colonial Dr) who again redirected me to this location.

Absolutely professional, friendly, show care and prompt. Vehicle super clean and exactly how they tell you it is. Explanation at a 100% and that anybody understand. Great rates. Easy and painful to turn in. Recommended 100%

Booked a different location but was switched by U-Haul. The new location was a gas station, clerk was very polite but it wasn’t his job to organize the truck, the equipment we paid for was not provided so we were unable to pack things until the next morning when I was sent to yet another location to pick up the equipment that was not provided the day before. No apology was given. In returning in Daytona, yet again the wrong location was given and they were closed when we go to drop off. No instructions for after hours. Called the number on the building and kept getting voicemail. Called the head office number and selected the call back option (quoted 5-10 mins for a call back) eventually took that call about an hour later which was way too late, was advised that the address they’d given was incorrect and to take to yet another location. To confuse things even more, a person from the closed office then called me at Approx 10.30pm and said that it was the correct location and to bring the truck the following day. I eventually took it back to Daytona speedway location. Please can you reply to these concerns before we leave reviews and contact our credit card company for dispute.

The only reason I didn't give excellent is because I rented the vehicle well ahead of time, but the location I had selected to pick it up at was changed.

The absolute best uhaul experience I’ve ever had. I had never used a neighborhood dealer before and only used the actual neighborhood storefronts. This location is a gas station which is actually so perfect and convenient to get gas before turning the rental in. Super easy check in and check out experience and the guys who run the gas station are amazing. 10/10 best uhaul spot.

No paper work over to show gas or milage no proof of how truck started .. overcharged by atleast 50$ if not more.

Pickup location was fine but the app didn’t work and I had to go inside and do it all myself. I also was supposed to have 2 Dollie’s and furniture pads and didn’t get any of that.

The location was fine. The app was horrible and couldn't be used. The employee at this location was very helpful. Ordered a doley as well and it was not available. The employee was able to let us use the one the store had. The whole " U-Haul" experience was not up to standard. This is the second time trying to use the 24/7 app unsuccessfully. I would not recommend this option at all!

Unmarked drop-off building was not disclosed to us that it would be that way. Just looked like a gas station. The man who checked our truck in was complaining that they aren't supposed to take the trucks late/on weekends but we were unable to use the keydrop box since all 3-4 parking spaces were taken already by other U-Haul trucks. The only reason we even found the place was because of those other trucks being parked outside. Just was not a friendly or welcoming experience at all.
