Victor was not welcoming when I enter. Made it clear he was not too please to be doing business with me. The uhaul app would not allow me to take pictures, so I returned to the store. Victor was chatting with someone so I waited for him to finish. When I was acknowledged, he was gruff and clearly annoyed I returned. I explained the app wasn't working, he interrupted me saying poor service in the area. I told him the truck he gave me was not clean, again he interrupted and said it just came in that morning and he hadn't had time to clean the truck. Why would you send it out again if it was inspected and cleaned? The visor was broken as well and an annoyance because it blocked my view while driving. I told him that was an issue but again he made it clear he wanted me gone. When I got on the highway taking the truck to 45 mph the steering wheel began shaking. I thought I might of had a flat tire so I pulled over to check the tires, which seemed fine. I think the aliment is off but either way, that truck should of been inspected and serviced before going out on the road. I was loading dishes and fragile items which could of broken had I taken the highway to my final destination. I returned the truck the same day. I didn't receive a confirmation email the next morning so I called at 10 am. I was told that when they checked it in I would get my confirmation email. I called uhauls main number after 2 pm which was long after the due back time. I received my confirmation email after 4 pm! I was made to feel unwelcome and treated disrespectful. It was clear my business was not appreciated and I was an annoyance to Victor due to my gender. Had I been in a larger town, I would of walked out and done business elsewhere.DEBORAH M.

Do not sell/push items online that are not available at individual locations. I ordered a dozen moving pads with my online order, but the pickup location did not have them. Put us in a last-minute pickle. In short, don't push inventory online that's not universally available at pickup. Otherwise, love you guys!Christy C.
Truck was smelly like cigarette smoke the entire trip. The starter kept going out. Had to spend an extra day at a motel because it wouldn't start. No help from Uhaul. My two comments are as follows: 1) The signage needs improvement. The arrow labeled "Equipment Returns" should be changed to "After Hours Equipment Returns." The proprietor admitted to me that this improvement is needed. He should also add a second sign with arrow for "Business Hours Returns." 2) The entire yard is composed of dirt, with no pavement. After any rain, it becomes a mud bath. The entire area should be paved. If full pavement is not yet affordable, then at least cover the surface with gravel to sufficient depth to avoid mud puddles. Trucks and equipment will stay cleaner that way, and customers will be happier if they don't get their towing vehicle and shoes so muddy (as I did when I returned my trailer this morning).Paul E.

The equipment that was rented to me did not work I had To move to the mountains and the truck the truck did not turn on once I made it up there I had no service so I could not call for assistance so I had to wave somebody down to help me with the uhaul truck. The guy at the uhaul location was really rude also he yelled at me and hung up when I was asking him for help. Worst experience ever dealing with uhaulLuis O.

My truck had a flat, a blow out, while using the trailer. But Gil's could not extend my time by a couple of hours so I had to pay for another day. I like Gil's and have used them many times. Just wish they could have been more understanding due to these unforeseen circumstances.KATHYN O.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The towing dolly I rented was missing some hardware for the tie-down straps that would have been unsafe if I had not fixed them. I would suggest that the location do a better job inspecting the equipment in the future.Benjamin C.
