Do not think it right to charge for 2 days when we were easily able to return it in 4-5 hours.

I called national number and after an hour of transferring me...I talked to Anthony (albuquerque)Albuquerque. He even got me an extra day so I would not be charged. I then confirmed the drop off with Victoria who noted all the trouble two people had to disconnect the trailer. Then today I received a 4AM text giving me another location to drop off even though Victoria had noted the drop off at Girton In littleton. Then I receive an email chaging me 82.00 plus fees after all this. I expect a refund and apology
Arthur S.I did not appreciate having to make a trip two days later to make sure my rental was checked in and I do not like that I never got a confirmation text, email or anything that it was finally returned in the system. After 2 calls and a physical visit, my rental was finally entered as returned two days after physically returning. When my credit cards on file, I like accuracy and timeliness of rental returns.

GARLAND B.First I ordered a contactless pickup, that didn't happen even after I verified my self through the app the associate at Gil's Rental still asked to see my ID even after I showed him I was already verified, he was 30 minutes late getting me the key to my truck cause he wasn't even there in the first place and our state has a mask mandate that he wasn't following either, Second in past rentals the dolly that I ordered with the truck has usually already been loaded in the back it wasn't. Third the truck was dirty and smelt awful, I had to use my own personal disinfectant just to feel safe in the truck and get rid of the smell. Victor was the person who gave me the key and wanted to check my ID was extremely rude insisting he didn't know who I was just cause he lived in the same town as me not sure what that has to do with me renting a truck. If I could get a refund I would have requested it but I used the truck for what I needed.

Sarah N.No issue with the pickup location but the process from reservation to drop-off on the part of u-haul was disappointing. I scheduled a hitch install for 10/8 so that I could reserve trailer to pickup that day or the next. Somewhere between my scheduling the install and that Friday it was changed to Monday with no communication. I went and purchased hitch and lighting kit and installed myself. I utilized the online checkin option when picking up this trailer but apparently that did not submit correctly as I received multiple calls on Monday asking if I was keeping my pickup and install appointmen, I had already drove to New Mexico and unloaded and returned the trailer at that point. So while there was no issue with the pickup location or the drop location, the overall business process and practices displayed by uhaul was supremely lacking.

Tammy W.We requested a towing trailer for an UTV and we're given a full size vehicle trailer. It was very difficult and time consuming to fit the UTV on the split ramps.

Arnold V.I only received an invoice for half of the charges. Used the truck for my business and can not claim the other half without a receipt. I went by to see about getting the receipt and he asked me to come back another time. Didn't have time for me. I still need the second invoice.
