Mark OThe gentleman that helped me was overly accommodating! We should have been to the lot by 4pm when they closed. But there were two really bad accidents that had traffic moving at a slow crawl. I called with updates on our location a few times and he stayed there until we arrived at approximately 4:45. I was so grateful as I live about 45 minutes away and would not have another opportunity to get there to pick up the moving van. The guys were extremely helpful, and I cannot say enough. Thanks for helping during a stressful time!!!
