There was mud all over the back of the truck on the floor and trash was left inside I had to clean the floor before I could put my stuff in it not to mention that the frost place I went to pick up the truck the truck would not start so I had to waste a hour of my time trying to find a different place to get a truck then I had to drive out of my way to pick it up.
Daniel S.The tire on the left side of the trailer had a slow leak and I had to add air to the tire twice during the rental period. 2 of the 6 tie down bars were missing, one was broke and two were not secure to the side of the trailer.

PETER C.First of al it was the only truck in the premises. All of the caution lights were on there were dirty water bottles on the side pockets of the truck. You could tell the truck had not been cleaned in forever. The gas was way below half, it's was like a quarter. They over charged me after I called and spoke to the owner. Just unprofessional and thieves. I would never ever recommend that uhaul place

Woman said if I took the trailer I would be stealing!. I said how is that possible I have a contract for it and you have my visa!! Well turns out someone was at the location, all was well from then on.

Jake S.The wanted equipment was not wanted so a replacement was given at a higher rate dolly cart (because it was wrong type it was not used). the trailer given was filthy and had to be cleaned prior to use told the people at location i had to clean it ($14.75) my total. my total rental was $62.11 I would like a refund of $18.00 (Dolly not used due to wrong type) + $14.75 (cleaning) total refund requested is $32.75.

SPENCER G.Not the locations fault - this is fully a corperate shit show. Uhaul needs to get their online check in working properly before offering it. When you're moving there are so many things going on, and really don't want things to be more difficult than they need to be. Requiring a picture when I already confirmed via text that I was myself, and then it won't load. 30 mins of errors, 10 mins of waiting on the phone in vain to speak with someone from uhaul itself because the auto company was unable to help me when I had already started the check in process. This was my 2nd time using uhaul services within the year, but after that experience with checking in, I wouldn't recommend uhaul to my worst enemy.
DANIELLE W.I picked up a tow dolley for trailering my car. The person who hooked the dolley to the u-haul truck did not offer guidance on how to attach the car to the dolley. He did show me when I asked him. I suggest it should be standard for the u-haul representative to give a short explanation of how to use the equipment. By the way, the dolley worked GREAT!! Thanks.
