Back of truck had sawdust all over and dirt all over the bed
DOUGLAS BI was billed twice, once for the estimated milage and time. Then billed in full again after I returned it. Not sure of this is uhaul or the locations fault.
HARRISON NNice folks, but van was dirty and poorly maintained. That said we did mess up our reservation and were lucky they were willing to accommodate us. (thank you)

JAMES TI rented from here one time before, about a year ago, and the office was locked during business hours and no-one was available - I had to call the 800 number, go to a different location, and get different equipment that was overkill and unwieldy to drive. This time was a complete 180; was there a management change? The rep was there at the appointed pickup time, was extremely professional and personable, and made the experience an A++, restoring my faith. Returning the truck the next day was fast and painless (same rep). Will rent from this location again.

Matt Mthis location was a bit challenging to find. A Uhaul sticker would be helpful posted on the building. We reserved a 15ft Uhaul however were unable to pick that size up as other customers had not returned their vehicle yet. Uhaul did their best to accommodate us and ultimately it worked out but it was surprising to hear the inventory was low due to other customers not returning the vehicles.
Michaela BThe issue isn't with really Glacier West. The 25/7 service is absolutely terrible. It takes an act of Congress to get qualified to pick up. On return, pictures taken don't upload. There is no help without waiting 25 or 30 minutes on the phone. It took me about 30 minutes in the cold to return my truck. I was about ready to just leave the truck without finishing the return, but my 15th or 16th time taking photos were successful. I will never use Uhaul again.
Scott PThere were some issues with the app disconnecting from server which caused the checkout process to take quite long. Overall I do like the convenience of the app versus waiting for the store hours. On check in there was a similar server issue but did not take as long to resolve.

Marcia BPicked up moving truck with 3/4 of a tank full. Filled it up to 3/4 and was charged $22 for the gas.
Roman RBest experience I have ever had with U-Haul. Vehicle was modern, well equipped, drover like a dream. I had no trouble with it at all on the highways maintaining speed and absolute control. The dealer was prompt, efficient, friendly and accommodating. Excellent experience.

Heriverto RI had a call from a Uhaul rep with incorrect reservation date & time. When I clarified, she said the storage facility had "overbooked" and the truck wasn't available. Closest was 30 minutes away. She ended up working it out and we actually used a smaller truck that had been dropped off at the storage unit overnight. It all worked out, but there was added stress and uncertainty while we worked through the misinformation and higher cost and distance of a replacement truck.

John OCorporate stated it was 24 hour pickup but when I got there it was not an option. corporate said yep no 24 hour pickup at this location. Had to wait 30 minutes for office to open. Turns out the do 24 hour pickup... Hum.... This is not the first time corporate and the offices are not fully communicating. The Glacier site was very professional and staff super helpfu.

Andrew WThe uhaul I rented had a check engine light on when I got it. It didn't come with a full tank of gas I had to fill it myself. The app didn't work when I went to drop it off. When I was driving down the freeway the wiper blade came off I had to pull to side of the road on the freeway to re put it back on.

Bruce LWe think being able to rent a U-Haul is great except for 1 issue that we are not pleased with. The $19.95 per day is GREAT. The unexpected part was the " MILEAGE" charge. We were led to believe that as long it was used in town and only an 7-8 hour rental there wasn't a mileage charge. We returned the truck full of fuel. The box end of the U-Haul wasn't clean upon pickup. You need to understand I am handicapped and I am also on a very limited income. This milage charge really upset me. I guess I didn't know or understand.

Bilal MI hope we never, ever have to use U-Haul again. 3 out of 3 rentals in the past 10 years has been an absolute fiasco. The latest was a 15 foot truck which had NO OIL! Luckily my husband knows a thing or 2 about cars/trucks and noticed right away something was wrong with the engine and luckily he checked....Yep, NO OIL at all. Even after he put in 2 quarts the dipstick read just below 1/2 full. The great people at the U-Haul location reimbursed us for the oil and apologized for the incident. The 2 U-Haul times before this latest one were also horrible because of inept, lousy servicing. What is wrong with you, U-Haul? Why can't you keep your trucks serviced?

Matthew TI made a reservation a month in advance to pick up a 26 foot truck from the Everett Washington location. I was told the day before that I would have to drive 40 minutes north to Mount Vernon to pick up the truck. When I got there I was told I had to now drive to Monroe, 50 minutes away to pick up the truck. When I got to Monroe, instead of a 26 foot truck I was only given a 20 foot truck. My reservation was a one way trip to Texas since I was moving and all my stuff did not fit in the 20 foot truck. I had to pay an addition $2,000 to also rent a trailer to pull behind the truck and even then not all my stuff fit

Matthew Himprove the app. It delayed us an hour at pick up and another hour when we returned. We have also been charged more than we should have been, and customer service is no help. I will not be using U-Haul in the future.

Aaron CI drove 22 miles. I put 2.3 gallons of gas back in before returning it. It was at the same level as when I took it out. But they still charged me $12 for gas. And $9 for a ‘rental fee’. Very disappointing. I am a longtime user.
Donna TI reserved a truck on Thursday. The guy messed up my reservation. On Saturday morning I didn’t have the truck I needed. The U-haul rep said I couldn’t get the size I needed nothing available. I had to go to Everett to pick up a smaller truck and return the truck to Everett. I live in Goldbar. My daughter ended up getting online finding a cargo van in Monroe we reserved it. When we went to pick it up the storage place had a cancellation and I got the truck I originally needed. No thanks to U-haul employees. They could see where I had called to reserve didn’t offer anything to accommodate me for miles I had to pay for for having to drive extra miles and staff was rude. Horrible experience!!!
