I was billed twice, once for the estimated milage and time. Then billed in full again after I returned it. Not sure of this is uhaul or the locations fault.

JAMES TI rented from here one time before, about a year ago, and the office was locked during business hours and no-one was available - I had to call the 800 number, go to a different location, and get different equipment that was overkill and unwieldy to drive. This time was a complete 180; was there a management change? The rep was there at the appointed pickup time, was extremely professional and personable, and made the experience an A++, restoring my faith. Returning the truck the next day was fast and painless (same rep). Will rent from this location again.
