Dirty location, they didn’t provide the dolly i requested and still charged me for it. When i confronted the lady about the dolly she got an attitude and said “she doesn’t do that here”. Refused any additional help and wouldn’t give me the truck i reserved until i paid for the dolly that she didn’t have. Horrible experience and i would not go back.

Rep barely spoke english. I had to type most of the info myself. Rep said they do not carry 'other things', only trucks. I paid for 12 moving pads and declined safemove, yet I was charged for both. The rep tried to bill me $278 for the rental. I said my reservation was for $132. I had to repeat it several times and show him my reservation on my phone. Then he adjusted the price to $132. The truck was parked in an area behind the building, in the grass, with zero lighting. So dangerous looking. The good part was they were open late so I could pick up the truck at 10pm.
KAREN HThe truck had damage and no antenna so no radio. The truck was also not equipped with cruise control. When I returned truck onsite person didn't know how to check in so I had to wait for trained person.
